Remember when we asked, “Where do you see yourself in five years?”

Well, @brandongonez is a pretty good example of what can happen when you actually go for it.

We’re excited to officially announce Brandon Gonez as the host of BEA’s 5th Anniversary Celebration. 🎤

Brandon is a Toronto broadcaster, entrepreneur, and the Founder and CEO of Gonez Media. Five years ago, he stepped away from traditional media to build something of his own. Today, he leads an independent media company and has built The Brandon Gonez Show into one of the most recognizable digital platforms in the city.

That is exactly why this feels like the right fit.

His story reflects so much of what we have been asking our community to think about: Where could you be five years from now if you gave yourself permission to really build the thing you want?

He took the leap. He built his own lane. And five years later, he is still building.

Now, he is helping us celebrate ours.

BEA is turning FIVE, and on November 12, we’re bringing the community together at TD Music Hall to mark the moment.
Before we get there, we want you to think about where you were five years ago.

What has changed since then? What have you built? What did you finally do? What wins have you had that you never really stopped to celebrate?

Because when we look back at the last five years, it has been a ride.

There has been growth, change, big wins, hard lessons, new ideas, new people, and a whole lot of building.
And before we hop into the next chapter, we’re taking a moment to celebrate this one.

Earlier this month, we officially welcomed the newest Business & Leadership Essentials Certificate Program and Business Process Improvement Certificate Program participants into the Alliance.

Two programs. Two different rooms. A lot of people ready to learn, sharpen their skills, make better decisions and Build Loud in whatever comes next.
