A great substitute for cable glute kickbacks. I find these way more concentrated and controlled, helping build the gluteus medius (lateral part of the glutes). Save for your next glute day 🍑

Who’s used the gym as an outlet during mentally and emotionally hard days? 🙋‍♀️

The gym is therapy for me. My happy place. A place to escape reality and prioritize me. A place to grow despite pain and hardships. We’re all equal here, and we’re all pushing for 1 thing: growth. by @thebikinibuilder

The effort counts. Even more when you do it over and over again ❤️

Crisp air, layers, warm drinks, and cozy vibes. Fall is definitely my favorite season 🍂🍁

Happy birthday to my hubby and best friend 🎉🎈🎂

Praying for many more adventures together, I love you @kriszizzo ❤️ by @thebikinibuilder

When I asked @kriszizzo what he wanted for our anniversary and his upcoming birthday, he said, “I want nothing more than to make you happy.”

That response means the world to me, because I know you meant it. You are the most selfless, caring, and committed man I know, always willing to give so much of yourself for us. I once dreamed of a love like this, and now I get to live it with you. I know how blessed I am.

Happy 2nd anniversary, honey ❤️ by @thebikinibuilder

What doesn’t kill you doesn’t always make you stronger…..sometimes it just makes you wiser about where you give your energy ❤️🌹

Put my coaching hat back on this weekend to support my girls at the Heart of Texas show ✨

I can’t put into words how proud I am of Blosom. Over the past year, we’ve worked together to lose 60 pounds and transform her dream of stepping onstage as a wellness competitor into a reality. She executed beautifully and walked away with 5th place in Open Wellness! 🏅 This is only the beginning, and I know there are so many more wins ahead for her.

My beautiful posing client, Olivia, also executed her routine perfectly! She was incredibly intentional with our posing sessions throughout this show season, and all of that hard work showed the moment she stepped onstage. I’m also so grateful she trusted me with her stage makeup because she looked absolutely beautiful! She earned 3rd place in both 40+ and 45+, along with 4th place in Open! 🥉

I love that I still get to be part of this sport, even when I’m not the one standing on that stage. Every client I help represents a piece of me and the work we’ve poured in together. I’m so thankful for every athlete who trusts me enough to be part of their journey- this is the part that makes coaching so fun and rewarding ❤️ by @thebikinibuilder

Wow, what an incredible experience at the Fab Life Conference! ❤️ This was my first time attending, but I’m already hoping to attend many more in the future.

I genuinely love learning about the science behind how our bodies function and all the ways we can optimize our health, so the health-nut side of me was completely in her element 🙌

The room was filled with brilliant doctors, powerful leaders, and some of the smartest people in the country. So many speakers shared their knowledge and provided real value….But one of the most meaningful parts for me was seeing how many of these brilliant leaders have such a strong belief in both science and God. The more we learn about the human body and the incredible precision behind how it functions, the harder it is not to see God’s hand in its design. Science does not take away from faith. If anything, it continues to reveal just how intentional and extraordinary His creation truly is. ✝️

We were honored to be invited and proud to represent our business @healthaide_emr and connect with some amazing leaders in the medical world.

Florida was beautiful and such a nice change of scenery. Thank you, @drfabmancini for bringing so many incredible people together and creating an experience that gave us far more than what we expected 🙏 by @thebikinibuilder

Always working and life stays busy, but I gotta make time for me too. DND when it matters. 👌
