Almost 8 years ago, I walked into my first networking rooms knowing almost no one.

I was new(ish) to Alberta, a single mom, building a business, and had maybe 1% confidence.

But I kept showing up.
I introduced myself.
I talked about my business.
I let myself be seen.

And somewhere along the way, I stopped just walking into the room.

I started creating the room.

Today, I host the room!

There’s something powerful about women gathering in a room and choosing to be seen.

Highlands Yoga Room x Breathe Retreats & Wellness are so excited to be the Mimosa Bar Sponsor for The Bold Brunch: Bold Enough to Be Seen, happening September 18.

A morning created for connection, conversation, community and celebrating women who are ready to take up a little more space in their lives, their businesses and their dreams.
