hey new friends (and old) and THANK YOU!!!❤️🍂🛼🫶 I want you to know that the Boots community is the reason we are who we are and EXIST ✨ and I’m so grateful for you supporting that with me.

IMO, Boots Camp is much more than just our daily live 30 minute classes, recorded workouts, and seasonal challenges.

what I try to create at Boots is a safe, informed place to get strong at whatever level you show up at with a kick-ass community who is busy in life with you. and when it comes down to it, it’s a place where you increase your strength, and therefore, increase the quality of your life.
