And just like that, another season comes to an end. 🤍 Join us for our last service of the season on Saturday October 10th!

We want to take a moment to thank every single person who helped make this season possible.

To the fishermen, growers, foragers, farmers, producers, makers, and local suppliers who shared their hard work with us, thank you. So much of what makes Boreal special begins with you. We’re incredibly grateful to work with people who care so deeply about what they grow, catch, make, and bring to our table.

And to every guest who walked through our doors this season, thank you for choosing to spend an evening with us. Whether you joined us once or came back again and again, your support means more than you know. Every meal shared, conversation had, and memory made is a part of what makes this place what it is.

We’re so proud of what we created together this season, and so grateful for everyone who was a part of it.

Next year will be full of surprises, so make sure to keep an eye out!

In the spotlight : Raspberry Baked Alaska! ❄️

You might ask yourself, but whats IS a Baked Alaska? This is a classic dessert consisting of an ice cream center, topped with meringue that we torch to order, making sure every order is perfect!
Our homemade raspberry sorbet ads a perfect touch of acidity to this delicious hot and cold dessert! 😋
