NEW PROJECT❣️❣️🎥

I had the honor of working with some amazing people on set a few weekends ago for a spec ad commercial for @extragum ! Literally had so much fun and I can’t wait to do more projects! And s/o to @jeremypatsy_ for being a great director and having a clear vision. You made everything flow so seamlessly. 🌟

Being a part of film projects gives me so much life. I love it so much❣️ And I thank God because it’s still only the beginning. His word for me will not return unto Him void. 🫶🏾💫

Playing tennis yesterday really brought my soul joy. I even got blessed to meet a coach on a different court and received his information for lessons. I think he came over to chat because he heard me mention Coco Gauff in conversation to my partner while playing. 😆🙈

I’m sharing this because playing this sport used to be a distant desire for me. But what was once a thought/desire became my manifested reality. One day I decided to buy tennis rackets and balls from Amazon because I knew one day I’d get to play and this would be a sign and token of it. At the time, I didn’t know anyone who played and I didn’t know when I’d be able to get lessons. I just knew I had a desire to play/learn and that it’d come true.

If you haven’t already - go buy that sign and token that will represent what you want to see come true in the future (whether near or far). Big. Or small. My life is a real representation that you can have and receive the things that seem impossible. I don’t care if it take a few weeks, months, or even years. God can do anything and He specializes in making a way where there seems to be none.

Delight yourself in Him first.

I received a blessing today that is far beyond what money could ever buy. And through receiving this blessing, I learned very valuable lessons about serving God.

When God calls you to do something spiritual (like serving), it is way beyond self. I’ve learned that if you’re serving Him with His spirit, then it is He who will equip you with the will and the “tools” to continue on the journey. He will help you to not give up (through the good and ESPECIALLY the bad). He will lead you, every step of the way.

When I wanted to leave Revelation Church (too many internal times) - I consulted God for the final say after having so many people in my ear about what to do. He also gave me one particular person who helped me to stay as well. I was terribly confused by all of the commotion going on. Through it all, I was reminded that He sent me there and that the miracles I’ve witnessed week in and week out over the years were truly done by the works of The Lord Jesus - using @prophetlovy as His vessel on this earth. A lot of people don’t understand, but when The Lord returns (hopefully before). You will. 🫶🏾✨

Most importantly during this season, I’ve learned that just because someone may get paid faithfully to work in His house, does not mean they’re led by The Spirit in their service. In fact, hearts can become tainted, wicked, and impure before God in the midst of it. I see that this is an easy place to slip into. But even in the midst of it - God uses all things and diverse peoples to accomplish His will.

I always want to be reminded of my journey of being led to Revelation. How I was seeking the real and tangible God. He’s revealed to me layers of Him and just how BIG He is. He’s unfolded desires within me that I never knew were there or even possible; yet, He’s always blessing me with those very desires. Not because I’m good, but because He IS! He’s BEEN my Father. 🥹

In my continuance to serve Him, I want to always be reminded of Him. Not the useless things of this world. God dropped in my spirit today that when you truly serve Him by His Spirit & with His heart, then your rewards will also be things of The Spirit of God. Unfortunately, hatred towards people without any real reason exists and always will. And some people will say oh he wasn’t being prejudice, but I know what I felt and see when he looked me in the eye. He wanted no parts to do with me on the same sidewalk as him..

To see black people be killed time and time again is heartbreaking fr. And if you think and/or live in this bubble of “prejudice and racism doesn’t exist,” I pray that you wake up. Just look up the story of Nolan Xavier Wells… I’ve been praying for his parents, family, and loved ones. And you should too. He seemed like a beautiful light to anyone who met him. His life was taken too soon.

Is it uncomfortable to live in a world where there’s so much hatred and dislike for black people because of the color of our skin (oh and don’t let us be joyous and prosperous.. the hatred increases)? Yes it is at times, but will I let it steal my joy in The Lord? ABSOLUTELY NOT. If you’re a black boy or girl reading this - please be careful who you call your friends and link yourself to. Not everyone who smiles in your face is your friend. I pray God gives you the discernment to recognize it and feel it in your nervous system. If someone or something feels off, it most likely is.
