When I stopped seeing my daughter, my mind never shut off.

Parental alienation creates ambiguous loss. Your kid is alive, but out of reach, and there’s no closure, no ending, and nobody who really gets it. That’s why it hits good dads so hard.

Three things that protect you while you fight:

1. Keep your daily anchors (sleep, training, work) so the spiral never sets your schedule.

2. Document everything calmly and let your lawyer handle the rest.

3. Stay consistent and predictable with your kids, even when it feels one-sided.

Society says the measure of a man is how he shows up for his kids and not how much money he makes.

Then family court makes good dads spend a fortune just to be allowed to show up.

That is beyond hypocritical. You can’t have it both ways.
