There was a time I would've NEVER worn a shirt like this...

Now? I wear it proudly. 💖

Type 1 diabetes (T1D) is still hard, but the way I see it and the way I see myself have changed.

One of the biggest lessons I've learned over the past (nearly) 23 years of living with this disease is this: if you constantly tell yourself your life is hard, that's all you'll see.

But when you learn to work with your challenges instead of fighting against them, something shifts. You become more resilient, more confident, and more capable than you ever thought possible.

I've also learned that you don't have to do it alone. There are people who truly get it and want to support you. Finding that community can change everything.
