HAPPY WOMENS DAY to all our beautiful ladies.

How incredible that we get gifted bouquets of flowers every time we run in the mountains.

Somedays we are the cheerleader and somedays we are being cheered across the finish line ~ different roles equal value!

And sometimes we promote ourselves to hop on the podium - just because we know we're worth it too!

They came.
The ran WILD + FREE.

We hosted an incredible evening @jackblackbeer Tap Room. Every runner received a PIONEER shirt, every runner was honoured for their courage to toe the start line, to dare greatly and to venture into the unknown.

Sometimes you have to be brave so that others can find the belief to be brave too.

Thank you PIONEERS.

pioneer
/ˌpʌɪəˈnɪə/
A pioneer is a person who is first to explore a new area, settle in a new land, or develop a new idea and skill.

They toed the line.
They stood in the arena.
Some failed greatly.
Some ended in the highest achievement.

An incredible film by @ta_devs (footage captured by @ta_devs and @mentz_germishuis )

It's the quiet mountain moments that change you.
The ebb-and-flow self talk of; "i'm so over this" and then "almost there, you can do it" - where seeds of confidence and belief start to grow.

At the end of it all. We're so grateful for that climb you had to endure, you've come out the other side stronger, better, wiser.

Running WILD + FREE will change you.

2027 Entries are open.

Technical. Rugged. Unforgettable. ⛰️ 👟 Everything we love about trail running.

Earlier this month we headed to Montagu for the Cogmans Trail Run, where runners took on steep ascents, fast descents and rugged mountain terrain through one of the Western Cape's true hidden gems.

From Aasvoëlkrans Peak to Cogmans Peak and the climb to Bloupunt, this is trail running at its finest.

Thanks to every runner who joined us on the mountain. We're proud to have been a race sponsor and part of another incredible day in the Western Cape.

Until next year. by @thecogmans.run

A week ago we caught @mikeobery smiling up the climb to Bloupunt.

We hope your first week post Cogmans has been amazing.

We miss seeing faces of hardship, suffering, elation and relief.
