Sometimes you just need a few uninterrupted hours where no one is asking what’s for lunch, the laundry isn’t staring at you, and the dog isn’t barking the second you unmute yourself on Zoom. (Looking at you, Ellie)

That’s what coworking gives you. A place to focus, people to work alongside, and somewhere to go when home just isn’t working that day.

10 years in business. TEN. 🎉

Danielle mentioned the milestone almost in passing, and we were like that deserves a confetti popper!!

When you’re in the grind and building your company, it’s so easy to hit one goal and immediately start thinking about the next one. Sometimes you need people around you who remind you to stop long enough to see how far you’ve come.

This is why I believe so deeply that proximity is power.

The right people don’t just push you forward. They make sure you don’t miss the moments worth celebrating along the way.

Proximity is power. 🤍 The Collective has never been about just having a place to work. It’s about who you’re working alongside.

We’re really good at measuring growth in dollars. And yes, revenue matters.

But so does leaving work with enough energy to cheer at your son’s soccer game.

Or trusting your assistant to send the proposal without you reviewing it first.

And booking the trip to the Amalfi Coast without wondering if your business can survive without you.
