We just got in a fresh batch of giclée prints! All of our borderless fine art reproductions are printed with archival, pigment-based inks on premium Hahnemühle fine art paper. This museum-quality paper is the best we’ve found and has gorgeous texture that preserves the exquisite details and tones of the original paintings.

Danny’s Oracles pieces are printed on 100% cotton rag with baryta coating with an elegant sheen and subtle texture to get the richest blacks and most dramatic contrasts.

Aimee’s moths are printed on German etching paper with a velvety felt texture and luxurious matte coating.

Stop by the gallery to shop what we have in person or explore them all on our website!

I've been eating apples stewed with cinnamon and cloves in the morning lately and it has been such a delicious breakfast treat! This apple codling moth also loves apples. I spent a lot of time reflecting on our shared appetites as I painted this piece I named 'Not Ours Alone.'

I was initially captivated by the spectacular fringe on these agricultural 'pest' moths, but my interest grew when I thought about how very similar we are. Even the smallest creatures among us enjoy many of the same things we do. I feel like they have a lot to teach me about nourishment, balance, transformation, and impermanence.

Here's a poem I wrote incorporating the titles of all the paintings in this collection:

To hunger is human,
but not ours alone
life needs death
like life needs life
like lungs need breath
like light needs night

To nourish is human,
but not ours alone
root to branch
to fruit to seed
hawthorne, apple–
sacraments, freed

To flourish is human,
but not ours alone
consider a lily,
or starling, or stone
or the strawberry moon,
with naught to atone

To nurture is human,
but not ours alone
open, gasp
dissolve our walls
to cradle, clasp
allow, then fall

out of the dream
into the all

Come see this piece in person at @thecopperwolf gallery along with lots of other fall-inspired art!
