Recap of one of the dreamiest classes ⚓️🩵
Starting @thecore four months ago and watching it grow has been one of the most fulfilling journeys

So grateful to @ritzcarltonyachtcollection and @eberjey for this incredible opportunity ✨

Still on cloud nine after our very first The Core @thecore event in collaboration with Creator Method 🩵
We talked self-growth, career, wellness… and finished with my signature 30-minute workout.

The room was tight, but we made it work - and honestly, the energy in that room was everything. What made it so special was getting to connect in person…feeling your energy, and sharing that moment together.

I had so much fun teaching my method and being in that space with you girls.

And for everyone asking… yes, we’re definitely doing more of The Core events this year.
Stay tuned & join my method (link in bio) 🩵

My secret to squats that actually bring results?

Brace your core, sit back like there’s a chair behind you, and keep your knees behind your toes. Watch the full video to get every detail right.

Your new schedule is ready whenever you are. Thoughtfully sequenced and perfectly paced, so you can step onto the mat, trust the structure, and focus entirely on how your body feels. 🩵 taken in Miami Beach, Florida by @thecore

A moment of community, mindfulness, and meeting IRL. This is what this platform is all about. We’ve got your back, online and offline. 🩵

You hit a goal, then without even noticing, set a new one. That’s the pattern. It also means you’re measuring yourself against a bar you just moved, not the one you already cleared. Look back before you look forward today: what’s one thing you do now that you couldn’t three months ago? by @thecore

Our very first @thecore members-only event in Miami 💙

An intimate gathering of women from The Core community to connect, move together, and celebrate a shared mission: breaking free from the constant dieting cycle and building healthier, happier lives.

My vision for The Core has always been to create more than an online platform- a community that feels like a village you can rely on. Because you’re not meant to do it all alone.

Powered by @bloomsupps energy drink to keep us hydrated & energies 👌🏻
This is just the beginning 🔥

A few moments from our members-only event in Miami 🥹🩵 Still on cloud nine after meeting so many of you!

This is what I dreamed of when I started The Core - a wellness app, but also a community of women who want to feel good, look their best, and break free from the constant dieting cycle.

Getting to move, laugh, and connect in person made it all feel even more special 🩵 to many more xoxo
