I’ve been trying to figure out how to reintroduce myself here, but the truth is: I didn’t disappear. A whole life happened.

I recovered from major pelvic reconstruction after a very intense dance career. I lived through the strange stillness of 2020, moved from New York to Los Angeles, returned to teaching Pilates, became a mother, managed two Equinox Pilates studios, left before turning 40 and opened my own private studio in Beverly Hills.

These days, I spend most of my time teaching, building The Core Vet, being outside, laughing with Jordan and learning that a peaceful life can still be a deeply ambitious one.

And in a few days, I’m heading back to New York to reunite with the original Broadway company of Shuffle Along - my first time performing onstage in six and a half years.

I’m not returning as the woman I was in 2016. Thank God. I’m coming back as all of her, plus everything that happened next.

So, hi. I’m still here. Just living a very different - and very full - life. taken in Los Angeles, California by @thecorevet

Well…ten years later, here we are. 💜

Tonight I get to step back into Shuffle Along…a show that challenged me, changed me, and apparently never fully left my body.

After six and a half years away from the stage, I’m feeling grateful, a little emotional, and very ready to let my feet do what they remember.

Tonight and tomorrow at Lincoln Center. Let’s do this✨ by @thecorevet

Align & shine 💫 back in the Pilates studio! I love helping people feel open & grounded in their bodies. There’s nothing better than creating more space within yourself & then carrying that energy into your day & others around you. I’ve been away from my practice a bit as a new mom, but am excited to be rebuilding myself again.

I’m elated to have connected with the insanely talented 🙌🏽 Oscar winner 🙌🏽 @arianadebose and have her in the studio @equinox West Hollywood! Super strong, fun & just a joy to be around. Oddly enough, we were both dancing on Broadway back in New York (she was in @hamiltonmusical and I was in @shufflealongbroadway) but we never met until now! Thanks for coming to the club & we can’t wait until you come back to LA 🫶🏽
