Indonesian comfort food hiding inside this cute little café?! 🇮🇩🤍

We tried a few dishes at The Cozy Vine and honestly, everything was so comforting!

🍲 Bubur Ayam Special — warm chicken congee topped with shredded chicken, fried giblet, egg skewer, crispy fried cruller, shallots & crackers.

🍜 Bakmie Ayam — egg noodles with diced chicken, choysum & crispy wonton, served with clear soup and chilli.

🍳 Special Fried Rice — Indonesian fried rice with chicken, egg, cabbage & shallots, topped with a sunny-side-up, crackers & pickled cucumber.

🍗 Indo Grilled Chicken — sweet savoury grilled chicken with steamed rice, fried shallots, sambal & mini salad.

🥤 For drinks, we got Matcha Jazz, Coconut Matcha & Butterscotch Seasalt Latte — such a fun mix of flavours! 🥹

Everything was so comforting and we left VERY happily full 🤍

7 months in! How I’ve missed updating you guys!

Hope everyone is well & warm this winter!

We have been loving the support even during this cold weather, you guys put a big smile not only on our faces, but in our hearts! It’s a difficult time for small businesses owners everywhere currently in Sydney & we too are feeling the impact..

We sometimes question our life choices, mixed feelings of “ are we on the right path? “ we both have quit our full time jobs to pursue our passion, though not everyday is a win-win..but God is still so very good! we are still finding things to be grateful for each day!

F&B has taught us sooo many life lessons, shown us alot of things we have never seen.. but we are keen to see where this journey takes us! We have so much vision for our cafe & hope we can execute them one step at a time.. for now, we will keep pushing through, doing what we signed up for with a heart full of love!!!

Next time when your in the area, come say Hello 🫶🏼
