Haha chicken’s “Kimchi Fire” which is just that! The perfect fiery heat to warm you and your lips up, sweet, sticky & juicy as chicken, delicious kimchi & jalapeños! A delicious burger, a cute eatery & lovely staff!

Spicy Korean fried chicken, with kimchi, smoked cheese, jalapeño, salad and sriracha mayonnaise in a Dough Bakery jalapeño brioche bun, with seasoned chips.

“Mouthful of Flavour” which was exactly that!
Absolutely delicious 😋 the crunch, the flavours, the tender beef & the cheese sauce 🤤 yum!

Beef patty and beef brisket, with Kāpiti cheese sauce, pickles, Montreal seasoning, and burger sauce in a Pōneke Bakery brioche bun, with loaded curly fries and cheese sauce.

An added bonus that Gear street Union is also where Gorilla Burgers petone is found so you can attack 2 burgers at once if you’re a serious WOAPer 🧐🍔

Had the pleasure of previewing @lulubarnz ‘s The Bula Bird which is a solid contender this year - From that tasty Handmade Paratha Bun, The delicious Yellow Curry saucy, Chilli Jam, Pickled cucumber salad & juicy chicken my mum & I were frothing over this concoction!
Paired either with @doublevisionbrewing ‘s Chin Wag or their beautiful Mai Tai to match I promise nothing but flavour explosions and good vibes here at Lulu!

$25 for the burger or $34 with the beer match 🫶🏽

Fijian curry fried chicken thigh, with cucumber salad, chilli jam, and smoked aioli in a housemade paratha bun, with shoestring fries and curry sauce.

@theoldqtr ‘s Squeal The Deal was a delicious feast sided with a cupful of Vietnamese Beef Stew - Yum yum yum a satisfying meal paired with a beer that matches perfectly.

Phở broth braised pork belly, with melted cheese, bacon, pickles, and sweet ‘n’ spicy honey mayonnaise in a Brezelmania brioche bun, with fries and Vietnamese beef stew dipping sauce.
The flavours of this burger have been passed through the family. Grandma’s pho broth technique has been used to enhance the pork, and the beef stew is an old family recipe.

Definitely worth your visit when WOAP starts on Monday, 3rd Aug!

Curated by Wellington’s talented Chef @jessdragons I already knew I was in for a treat!

Slow-cooked beef brisket, with pickled daikon, cabbage, and potato fritter in a Dragons Express curry turmeric steamed guo bao bun.
Vegetarian alternative: beef brisket replaced with crispy tofu.
