Welcome back to Static Underground, the monthly livestream series that brings you the best up and coming artists from across the rock spectrum on Static Shift Radio. This is your chance to discover new artists and catch local favorites tearing it up on YouTube from the comfort of your own home!

First up tonight on Static Underground is Guitar Zero. Hailing from the basements of New Jersey, these alt rockers plan to bring the angst to you! As a female fronted five piece, expect to ride the highs and lows of jealousy, wallowing, delusion and rage as they tear up the stage. They'll be playing some tracks from their new album "Everything That I Can't Have" dropping next month. @guitar_zero.nb

We'll stick with New Jersey as we welcome in our second band, The Deflators. If you are a fan of American garage rock or U.K. new wave, then do we have the band for you. They describe themselves as "a good time" but we'd argue they are a great time, as their sound and attitude give you a Descendents and Ramones vibe. Get ready for some high energy performers! @thedeflators

Closing out the evening will be Navin and the Jerks from Pittsburgh. After a failed attempt at a reunion with a previous band, they decided to start up fresh. Crass might as well be their middle name, as these dumb punks (their words) are here to play whatever they feel like. Rock, punk, country, who knows what's up their sleeves today, but it will be exactly what we need @navinandthejerksband

Special thanks to Alex Gaylon for providing some cozy, ambient vibes before the show kicked off. You can follow them for more experimental music here: @armalizingsound

Do you want to get your band on the next Static Underground? Reach out to staticshiftradio or @takeitorleaveit_band and let them know!

The show will be directed and produced by our Head of Rockstar Relations himself, Mario from Take It Or Leave It.
