What if, for one afternoon, there was no audience?
Only participants.

On October 17, we’re creating The Athenaeum — a one-day celebration of the arts inspired by the ancient Greek gathering places where artists, thinkers, performers and citizens came together to exchange ideas and experience culture.

But this isn’t a recreation of the past.
It’s our interpretation of it.

A world unfolding throughout @springforestcommunity with live music, performance, food, drinks, art and unexpected encounters — and no prescribed way to experience any of it.

Wander. Stay awhile. Follow the music. Find something you weren’t looking for.

Come dressed for the world if you’d like. Become part of it.

And most importantly, come celebrate the arts with us.

The past few days have been heavy.

Experiencing the earthquakes from far away, knowing our family, our friends, and so many others were there, was frightening and deeply emotional. There is a particular kind of helplessness that comes from loving a place so much and not being able to be there when something happens. Especially when that place is home.

Today, we finally returned to the studio.

This post begins with my dad in the space and ends with the two of us working together, a reminder of why this work means so much to us. Creating together has always been about more than making objects. It is about family, memory, identity, and carrying a piece of Venezuela with us wherever we are.

We are coming back with renewed motivation and many beautiful things in motion: new rings, our large statement pieces, more Medallas, and a local event we have quietly been dreaming up.

As we return to creating, we also want to give back. 20% of our sales will be donated to support relief efforts in Venezuela.

Thank you for the messages, the concern, and the kindness you have shown our family. We are grateful to be back in the studio, together, creating with even more purpose than before. 🇻🇪

Grateful doesn’t even begin to cover it.
2025 changed us...We became parents, grew as a family, and kept designing and building together.

From art festivals and markets to entering three new stores, from one-of-a-kind pieces made by hand to projects created side by side, none of this would exist without your support.
