The Dissolving in Love Experience is a meditative writing workshop led by poet and seeker Basirah Raheem @basirahraheem . Rooted in her signature Dissolving Method, @thedissolvingmethod this sacred circle invites participants to release ego, embrace the inner child, and rest in Divine love through poetry, nature metaphors, and healing soundscapes featuring pan drums, sound bowls, the West African kora, and the Divine Names Al-Awwal and Al-Akhir. A soft return to the soul’s original essence.

A STREAM OF AR-RAHEEM 🌊

In the desert, water is never “just water.”

It is life.
It is revival.
It is the strength to rise, breathe, pray, and continue.

For millions of our brothers and sisters in Sudan, access to clean water and food is still a daily struggle.

And while we may be separated by distance, we are not separated by humanity.

Allah calls us to give from what we love. And the Prophet ﷺ reminded us that when one part of the body suffers, the whole body responds.

So let your generosity become a stream of mercy.

💧 $20 can provide 1,000 liters of clean water
🍚 $46 can provide an emergency food pack
💧 $180 can provide 10,000 liters of lifesaving water

Give your Zakat. Give Ṣadaqah. Give whatever Allah has placed within your means.

Because somewhere in Sudan, what feels like a small gift to us may become water for a mother, food for a child, and hope for a family.

Don’t let their thirst become invisible.

May Allah make us vessels of Ar-Raheem and allow our giving to reach those who need it most.

🌴 Lands of the Lovers (Madinah Baye)🌴

☁️ FAYDA: My Heart With Allah ☁️

There are books you read, and then there are books that read you.

As I journey through The Guarded Treasure by Shaykh Ibrahim Niasse (ra), I am overwhelmed by the depth of his love. In every breath, every word, every page, there is a sincerity that feels endless.

It is as though I am overdosing on remembrance… drowning in an ocean of piety.

An ocean that does not consume me, but returns me to myself.

I am learning that faith is not merely something to practice. It is something to love.

To write to Allah.

To write to His Messenger ﷺ.

To allow every word to become an act of devotion.

This journey is teaching me that spiritual intimacy is cultivated through consistency, adab, and a heart that is willing to dissolve.

Perhaps that is the secret.

To dissolve the ego until only love remains.

To dissolve the noise until only remembrance remains.

To dissolve into Allah until every breath becomes a prayer.

Today, I am not simply reading poetry.

I am learning how to become it.

🤍☁️

What book has transformed the way you love Allah?

🌴 Lands of the Lovers (Madinah Baye)🌴

Welcome to the land of the lovers.

The home of the enraptured.

The safe place.

The constant reminder to slow down your pace.

I see you are hungry, but how can you truly taste if you never pause long enough to savor the blessings Allah has already placed before you?

We live in a world that celebrates busyness, distraction, and endless consumption. Yet slowing down is not prohibiting you from experiencing life—it is the very thing that allows you to experience all that life has to offer.

Madinah Baye has taught me that purpose is not found in rushing. It is found in remembrance.

Remembering who you are.

Remembering where you come from.

Remembering why Allah placed you on this earth.

Your soul was not created to endlessly chase. It was created to connect, to serve, to love, and to return home to itself.

Do not forget who you are in a world full of distractions.

Slow down.

Simplify.

Minimize.

And thrive.

Your purpose is waiting for you in the spaces where you become still enough to hear it. 🤍✨
