What’s Baking Now | Six Flavors, Six Stories, One Legacy

Each cookie tells a truth: about faith, passion, love, and the power of showing up again.
Every flavor was inspired by a real part of my story — and maybe yours too.

Which flavor feels like you? 🍪

Most people don’t know this, but this entire home bakery setup was actually a Christmas gift from my wife.

A few years ago, we were trying to work out of commercial kitchens, and while we were grateful for the opportunity, we quickly realized that as The Draper Baker grows, so do our needs for time, space, and creativity.

So for Christmas, she built this little bakery home for me.

And honestly, when I saw it, I didn’t just see a table and shelves. I saw someone who truly believed in me and the vision for The Draper Baker.

Some pieces were gifted, some were purchased, and some were even repurposed along the way.

This may not be our final bakery, but it’s where we’re building our dream.

One day, we’ll have our own storefront, and we’ll look back at this setup and smile.

For now, we’re just grateful to be building something we love… one cookie at a time. 💜 by @thedraperbaker

Y’all good? 👀🍪 Because The Draper Baker is still right here baking.

We’ve been a little quiet on the timeline, but behind the scenes? Cookies are still moving, jars are still being layered, and we’re getting ready to see y’all again.

Next market: October 18th.

Pumpkin Spice is still in season, Pumpkin Cheesecake jars are outside, the classics are coming with us, and we’ve got a couple things brewing for the holidays too. 👀

So tell me — what have y’all been craving? What flavor do you want to see? What are you pulling up for first: cookies or jars?

Pumpkin spice season is officially here. 🎃🍪

And we’re not just doing the cookie.

We’re doing the Pumpkin Spice Layered Cookie Jar too — built with soft-baked pumpkin spice cookies, vanilla bean whipped cream, salted caramel, and that salted espresso caramel running through the layers. 😮‍💨

Warm.
Creamy.
Spiced.
Sweet.
A little salty.
Very fall.

Basically, if you wait all year for pumpkin season… this is your sign to tap in.

Fresh-baked Pumpkin Spice Cookies + Pumpkin Spice Layered Cookie Jars are here for the season. 🍂

Build a S’mores Layered Cookie Jar with me. 🔥🍫

We’re going layer by layer with:

🍪 Graham cracker crumble
☁️ Marshmallow whipped cream
🍫 Hershey’s milk chocolate ganache
🔥 Toasted marshmallows
🤎 More crumble, more cream, more chocolate

Basically… all the best parts of a s’more, packed into one jar.

This is the part I love most — watching all the separate components turn into the finished dessert.

And yes, it gets messy. That’s how you know it’s gonna be good. 😂
