we’re bringing together 14 local bakers for one big halloween bake sale at kairoa brewing co. Expect halloween treats, fall
flavors, crafts, spooky portraits, drinks + lots of cute things to eat. Come in costume, bring your friends, your pups + your little ghosts!

October 17 pop up with @magnaye.sd recap🍎📝

The line up! The baked goods of 10/17 were inspired by the fresh produce and herbs grown @olivewoodgardens :) I really wanted to lean into seasonal ingredients like apples, honeynut squash, and pumpkin ofc!

Pumpkin black and white cookies — i recently saw a reel of @lilypcrumbs making pumpkin black and white cookies and immediately decided i MUST make these cookies because 1) they’re super cute visually, 2) they’re pumpkin, and 3) theyre DIRTY CHAI pumpkin! I love me a dirty chai ☕️

Apples and sage coffee cake — a gluten friendly spiced coffee cake with cinnamon walnut streusel, an apple butter layer, and freshly grated apples. The batter itself has finely chopped sage & more toasted walnuts. Drizzled with a browned butter glaze! These were actually the first to sell out!

Happy national cinny roll day! 🤎 One of my favorite things to bake ◡̈ Not all of these have cinnamon in them, but they’re all spiritually cinnamon rolls

My first time making a tiered cinnamon roll cake! Very easy to do so I’ll definitely be making this again :) Could be very fun to do like a pumpkin cinnamon roll tiered cake or switch out the flavors…

I also tried to form some cinnamon roll dough into the Swedish cinnamon bun shape in honor of national cinnamon roll day originating from Sweden 🇸🇪 in 1999!! The swedes call it “kanelbullens dag” (cinnamon bun day). The more you know 💫

Technically this is a cardamom bun but i felt like including it in this compilation of spiced sugar buns ◡̈ MY FAVE CARDAMOM BUN IVE EVER HAD from @lacabracoffee in February 2025

@lacabracoffee cardamom bun put me into a 5 minute state of bliss. Also sidenote— this photo is my first time in nyc in 2025 and my first time experiencing snowfall! I was mesmerized by the tiny snowflakes

Assorted pumpkin cinnamon rolls:

🎃Top: pumpkin cinnamon roll with cream cheese frosting, dulce de leche swirl, and pepitas

🎃Bottom: Pumpkin cinnamon roll with chai glaze, flaky salt, and pepitas

🎃 nothing better than a fresh cinny roll!! I brought this trial batch to my friends and they LOVED them
