There’s something about horsepower that revs me up. This Porsche is a symbol of my drive behind the scenes, and a dream, years in the making.

Grateful to have co-produced and collaborated with @outr_media! 🏁🏁🏁

Linking my Therapist background with Racing has been the best feeling as I journey into Motorsport. Loved the opportunity to collaborate with @drivenwomenmag on this article about my experiences! This entering and exiting of the straight is me having just cut 3 seconds off my lap time. Crazy how something so simple as turning in two feet earlier makes a huge difference.

This 2011 Porsche Cayman S was so fun to track at VIMC @islandcircuit! Huge thanks to Ian Brown for lending it to me for the day and for all the helpful pointers from the right seat.

Every time I’ve had a track friend ride along, they’ve said the exact same thing after the first session: that I’m clearly not afraid to go for it. I mean… you’re supposed to put the pedal all the way to the floor, right?!

And yet, I’ve never once spun out (karting aside), and I’m still not sure if that’s a good thing. I’m a very gradual progressor on track. I don’t take risks I know I’m not ready for, and right now I’m prioritizing skill development over lap times. But every time I gain that next level of competence, I can feel it, and it puts the biggest smile on my face when I’m rippin’ it around the track.

Stayed in Malahat, Vancouver Island (@villaeyrie) this past weekend for some time at the race track @islandcircuit. Had no idea my hotel would have one of the most gorgeous views I’ve seen in a while. Honestly kind of a perfect memory to leave BC with, before moving to Florida in 3 weeks. ✨ taken in Malahat, British Columbia by @theellejohnson
