Happiest of Birthdays to the person who means more to me than words could ever fully express. My best friend. My life partner. My musical teammate. My safe place. My home.
Sometimes I look at everything we've been through together and I honestly don't know how I got so lucky. You've been beside me through some of the hardest moments of my life and some of the most beautiful ones too. You've celebrated my victories, carried me through my struggles, and never stopped believing in me, even when I struggled to believe in myself.

You know me better than anyone. You've seen every side of me, the dreams, the fears, the chaos, the passion, the determination, and you've loved me through it all. That kind of love is rare, and I never take it for granted. Some of my favorite memories are the simple moments with you: the conversations that last for hours, the laughter that makes my stomach hurt, creating music together, chasing dreams together, and knowing that no matter what life throws our way, we're facing it side by side.

You have made my life richer, brighter, and more meaningful in ways you'll probably never fully understand. Thank you for being my constant, my greatest supporter, and the person I want standing next to me for every chapter still to come. I love you more than I could ever fit into a post. More than any song I could write. More than any words I could ever find.

Has it really been 13 years? Somehow it feels like a lifetime and no time at all. I still remember the day we picked you up from the rescue like it was yesterday, not knowing then that you were about to change my life forever.

How do I even begin to explain what you mean to me? You have been my constant through every version of myself. Through the hardest days, the happiest moments, and all the quiet in between, you’ve been there with your gentle heart, your comforting presence, and a love so pure it still overwhelms me.

There are dogs you love, and then there are once in a lifetime souls who leave paw prints on every part of your heart. You are one of those souls. The most empathetic, tender, kind, and loving creature I have ever known. You have taught me more about love, loyalty, and companionship than words could ever capture.

Sometimes I look at your sweet face and wish time would slow down just a little. Thank you for every snuggle, every look that said “I’m here,” every moment of comfort, every ounce of unconditional love. You are, and always will be, the greatest thing that’s ever happened to me.

Happy Wednesday, Eternal Ones 🖤♾️

We're halfway through the week… and if you’re being honest, some of us are just trying to get through the day. And that's okay! That's real shit.

So here’s the thing, just be kind. Not the performative kind. The quiet kind. The kind where you bite your tongue instead of snapping. The kind where you don’t assume the worst about someone. The kind where you remember people are carrying things they don’t talk about.

There’s so much anger out there right now. So much judgment. People tearing each other apart like it’s normal. It’s beyond exhausting. And the truth is… none of us are better than anyone else. Strip everything away, and we’re all just human. Same blood. Same need to feel seen, respected, and not alone.

So before you judge someone, take a beat. You don’t know their story. You don’t know what they’re fighting through just to show up.
Be softer. Be real. Be the person who doesn’t add to the weight someone else is already carrying emotionally, physically, and mentally. We don’t need more noise. We need more humanity. Look within your hearts, y'all and have a blessed day. Much love 🙏

Lately I’ve really been learning what it means to give yourself grace while still putting in the work. It’s not about choosing one or the other. it’s about balance. You can rest without quitting, and you can grind without burning yourself out.

I’ve been feeling incredibly blessed these days. Truly. I’m so grateful for the opportunities that have come my way. Getting to play Rocklahoma for the third time with Eternal Frequency, alongside artists who inspired me from day one doesn’t feel real sometimes. I’ve also had the chance to audition for a main role in a major motion picture recently, which is something I’ve dreamed about for a long time. And being able to make the move to Los Angeles to continue chasing my goals and build a lifestyle that fits me better… that’s huge.

More than anything, I’m grateful for the love and support I receive every single day. From people all over the world, many I’ve never even met, who still show up for me like family. That’s something I don’t take lightly. It really is about counting your blessings. Staying grounded. Working hard, but also recognizing how far you’ve come and allowing yourself to breathe in those moments.

I hope your Sunday serves as a reset for whatever the week ahead holds. Take time to rest, recharge, and take care of yourself even in the middle of the chaos.

And now…I’m off to the theater for Michael round 2.

Some days, it’s hard to smile. Hard to feel light when everything feels heavy. There are moments where happiness doesn’t come easily, where I have to sit with the weight of it all and just breathe through it. And that’s real. That’s honest. But even in those moments, I remind myself, I’m here for a reason.

I was meant for something bigger.
For a greater purpose than the pain I feel right now.

I’m here to make people feel something.
To bring light into dark spaces.
To spread love through my music, through my words, through every piece of myself I choose to share. That’s my purpose.

Times are hard right now, I won’t pretend they’re not. But I believe in what I’m here to do. I believe in the impact of love, of creativity, of staying true even when it’s difficult. And I will get through this. One day at a time.

Yeesh. 30 huh? 😮

A couple of years ago, I honestly didn’t know if I would make it to this point. But here I am....three decades around the sun. And in that time, I’ve lived through more than I ever imagined I would.
I won’t lie. I was dreading this birthday for a lot of reasons. Turning 30 felt so heavy. But now that it’s here, I’m choosing to see it differently. I’m choosing to see it as a fresh start. A new beginning.

And to make this day even more meaningful… today is also my book release day. 🙏🙏🙏
