AFFIRMATIONS FOR OUR YOUNGER SELVES

It’s the week before the weekend of @freakdownfestival Back to School and we are feeling all the feelings of being back in class with our friends.

We know for many of us highschool or school in general may have not left the best memory.

It’s why we want to honor and support the inner and younger one in you who deserves to be seen and celebrated in play, creativity and just being YOU.

Three more sleeps 🛏️.

We have very limited space left including only a couple spots for volunteers so get them if your feeling the bell ring on the inside 😘

One more week till class is in session, baby! 📚✨
Get ready for packed schedules, nonstop shenanigans, and dancing long after the bell rings. These classes will tickle your brain and have you laughing till you fall out of your chair.

You better behave… or you might get sent to detention 😏

WOW. As we move into our final year, it’s time to celebrate three years of magic, mischief, and main-character moments.

We took the awkward, the painful, and the very dramatic parts of school and turned them into glitter & joy. Truly iconic behavior ✨

You dressed up, showed out, and made memories we’ll never forget 💖

This is a love letter to the past three years…
and an open invitation to do it one last time.

Grab your ticket and rewrite the story with us.
This is the final chapter.

We’re beyond excited to welcome the Farce Factory this year.

The Farce Factory is an LA-based artist collective exposing the absurd machinery of modern life-manufacturing satire, spectacle, and a standing invitation to go farce yourself.

Prepare for extra mischief, more play, and memories that will live rent-free in your brain forever!!! taken in Oregon Coast School of Art by @theezel

We LOVED the looks everyone pulled out last year. You went out of this world for our 2001: A Space Odyssey Homecoming and ventured Under the Sea for Prom.

So… what will you pull out this year? ✨

This is your chance to rewrite the high school dance experience and reclaim the magic at Back to School. #throwbackthursdayy taken in Oregon Coast School of Art by @theezel

Back to School is filled with excellent scheduled programming, but my favorite bits are the interruptions and rogue sets put on by our core production team. Ethan saw an opportunity for a rave in the tunnel and made it happen with a little help from his friends. I love working & creating with @theezel - one of the funniest people in my life and a uniquely talented weirdo.

There’s nothing like the excitement of going back to school. The new Jansport, passing notes, crushes (so many crushes), capri suns, pop quizzes, spit balls, and guidance counselors. The hallways that guided you through the awkward and into the real world.

Let’s go back in time and recreate and reimagine the high school experience. It’s your year. Pack your backpack full of snacks and optimism and get ready to graduate with Honors.

2 (elevated) cafeteria meals a day, music, classes, dances, clubs, sports and everything you didn’t know you needed.
