CHIAMI VICE. an end of summer lakefront celebration of eclectic bass and deconstructed club. i curated a lineup of selectors who have a gift for creating soul shaking genre expansive soundscapes that have given me so much healing. pull up, shake ass, and release whatever is weighing on your mind, body, and/or soul.

Thanks @mutante1000000 for snapping some photos at the factory fish fry, @harle.m @i.am.lovemarie @jaeham_ @spliffanyevans and @julianmgreen for spinning and @_good_v1bes @thedroneja @beauxho97 @jenysiis @jaeham_ for coming together to organize, and literally EVERYONE who pitched in when we rolled up two and half hours late 😭 seriously, this was a fundraiser with a lot of love and intention put behind it 🤎 we were suppose to do a lil factory tour afterwards but nobody felt like pausing the music!! it’s alright tho, in the upcoming weeks we’ll be sharing some future co-creating events, open studios days, and other ways to get involved. if you have any ideas or thoughts on how to bring the space to life or keep the good vibes going, shoot us a DM by @thefactory_chicago

the factory is independent and supported 100% by artist. there is shared equipment for music production, wood working, photography, and so much more. join us for a fish fry on aug 7th….100% of the proceeds goes to maintaining the space (rent, lol) so come get you a plate! the fish will be fried FRESH, spaghetti MEATY, and cornbread served HOT. @@@@ McKinley Park by @thefactory_chicago

the factory was built to meet the needs of a growing industrial economy in the 20th century. in the ruins of their dreams, 21st century artist have reclaimed operations, and are building a third space for art, intimacy and community. although instagram was created by satan himself, this page is for advertising factory activities. by @thefactory_chicago
