In Toronto I’m known as ‘Fran’ —

In the world 🌎 I’m known as Frances ❤️ —

To myself, I am a fearless, strong and spiritual woman who doesn’t take no for an answer ⚡️💪🏼

Today, is my 34th birthday and if you asked me last year if I’d be where I am today,
I’d say, ‘PINCH me, but I believe you ❤️’
•
Every year I surprise myself with listening to my intuition more and more and I couldn’t be more proud of the woman I’m becoming ✨

Let’s train, stretch and believe in the dreams you wish to come true together 🤗❤️

Truly, truly blessed and in awe of the past year I have just lived ~ and it’s only getting better 🔥

Funny that my low back today was like ‘wtf’ bro 😆

💫 Back-porn for yea — I train my back/pulling capacity x2 a week … and I know it shows 🙏🏻

The reason I began training was because I was asked to do a pull-up in Fall 2010 and I could not do one…

😱

16 years later … 😌🔥 I make them my ‘bi$tc/h!’

You’re the blood sister I never knew I needed —

Over a decade of friendship and a few 100km apart hasn’t stopped us one bit 💕🫂🔥

@sawdondance 💃🏼 🪩

You’re the one I call in the middle of the night, when I’m spiralling AND whenever I’m MOST excited! ✨

HAPPY BIRTHDAY BIG SIS 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

As opposed to feeling victim to my constantly evolving self and story — I’m embracing it now 🔥 💃🏼

I’m excited to come to work everyday and say ‘HEY, this just happened, let’s see what happens next together!’ (To my clients, friend’s and family…)

As it’s never a dull moment in life and in the journey of becoming more me every. single. day 🎉☀️

With the week of Halloween here and looming, with so many different ‘vibes’ coming at me and the stories human’s are telling me … what do we want to learn first? 🤔 🎃 🦇

How did I become a medium?
How are all the retrogrades affecting my life right now?
Can I blame my ‘problems’ on the moon?
Should I really move during retrograde season!? 👀

Your energy will nudge you when it’s time to do something. Your signs, guides and bestie will tell you, ‘Look up, keep focused, move forwards, take a deep breath….’ even when you’re not entirely sure…

It’s just learning to pay attention —
I’m learning too, so let me know what ‘witchy’ things you’re interested in most! 💕
