I wasn’t always the guy you see today.

A few years ago, I was 280 lbs, injured, and completely off track. I’d start a plan, fall off, lose momentum, and tell myself I’d “start again Monday.”

On the outside, it looked like I just needed more discipline. But the truth is, I didn’t have structure. I didn’t know what to eat, how to train for my body, or how to stay consistent long enough to see results.

I hit a point where I was tired of starting over. That’s when I realized change isn’t about finding a quick fix. It’s about having a clear plan, accountability, and staying consistent even when motivation fades.

Once I stopped guessing and built real structure around my training and nutrition, everything changed. The weight came off, my confidence came back, and I finally felt in control again.

I’m not sharing this to flex. I’m sharing it because I know exactly what it feels like to be stuck, frustrated, and tired of spinning your wheels.

If that’s where you’re at right now, I’ve been there, and I know how to get you out.
