19 years.

Our simplest anniversary moment, and it has felt the most rewarding.

I don’t always know how we made it this far, and I certainly know we have a many journeys to go.

I don’t wish all the challenges we’ve have on anyone but I bless you all, with the willingness for each other, the commitment, the love and growth that is possible.

Excited to celebrate in many ways over the next 19 years and more xxx by @thefrocknyc

Started with friendship. Turned into something much bigger.

A space where people can show up fully, celebrate deeply, dress up, dance, learn, connect, and genuinely enjoy Jewish life together.

We built the kind of community we were looking for ourselves.

Our Shavuot Gathering is in two weeks 🤍

I don’t think enough women realize life can still get bigger in your 40s.

More adventure. More confidence. More freedom to become yourself.

Meanwhile, I’m 41 learning to surf for the first time.

I’m so glad I did!!!

I have so much to say on how valuable it was for me to step out of my comfort zone go on the trip that I kept questioning myself over and over about. More on that later.

But spending 4 nights and 4 days with sister/soul sisters and friends in a glorious private room to myself overlooking a sexy pool with my own private balcony, just steps from the beach with kosher food, is now something that is mandatory in my life every couple of months.

I walked in the door after just a couple days away and I told my husband I love you and I’m gonna keep doing this - to which he responded! I support!!

I bless each and every one of you with supportive partners, families, businesses and good friends to travel with!

Nobody talks about what it’s like to be the spouse.

@chaya.chanin of @thefrocknyc opened up about what it’s really like to love someone in the grip of addiction.
The loneliness, the complexity, and what it takes to hold it all together.

The full conversation with @brainstormwithsony @thevillagesobercommunity is out!
