The power is in the ROOM. 🔥During Levi Ismail’s fireside chat, Dr. Gerald dropped a simple reminder: even if you’re introverted, you don’t have to navigate the room alone. Find someone wearing a Future Way Forward T-shirt, introduce yourself, and make the connection.

Because sometimes one conversation can change the trajectory of your career, business, or community impact.

Future Way Forward isn’t just about what happens on the stage—it’s about who you meet, the relationships you build, and what happens when the right people get in the same room with a shared vision for what’s next.

So get ready. Bigger conversations. Stronger connections. Greater impact.

We’re already looking ahead to Future Way Forward 2027. Will be we see you in the room? 👀

What happens when sports, music, arts, and opportunity collide? 🔥 At the 2026 Future Way Forward Conference, Eric Holt, co-founder of @lovenoise2020 and professor of music business at Belmont University, shared a powerful takeaway: Nashville’s creative communities are more connected than we realize.

With major opportunities on the horizon, including conversations surrounding the 2030 Super Bowl, the potential for investment, collaboration, and economic growth is tremendous.

But here’s the bigger picture: The future of our cities isn’t built in silos. It’s built through connection.

🎤 From entertainment to entrepreneurship, sports to economic development, the conversations happening at Future Way Forward are helping shape what’s NEXT.

And that’s why getting IN THE ROOM matters!

🚀 We’re already looking ahead to #FWF2027, and you don’t want to miss what we’re building.

💬 What opportunities do you see when sports, music, business, and culture come together?

Thank you, @ericdholt !

You can hear about the opportunity, or you can be IN THE ROOM where it happens! 🔥

At Future Way Forward 2026, we didn’t just talk about success, innovation, and building wealth. We brought together the visionaries, entrepreneurs, changemakers, and leaders who are actively making it happen.

Because there’s something powerful about being IN THE ROOM. 💚

✨ In the room where connections become collaborations.

✨ In the room where conversations spark opportunities.

✨ In the room where ideas turn into action.

✨ In the room where your next level could be one introduction away.

The conversations were intentional. The connections were meaningful. And the impact extends far beyond the conference.

If you weren’t in the room this year, make sure you’re in the room in 2027!

We’re already planning what’s NEXT, and trust us, you don’t want to hear about it afterward.

Who needs to be IN THE ROOM at Future Way Forward 2027? Tag them below!

What is success really worth if you lose what matters most along the way? Entrepreneurship requires sacrifice, but should your family, relationships, and future be the price you pay?

At the 2026 Future Way Forward Conference, panelist Sam Davidson challenged entrepreneurs to rethink the hustle-at-all-costs mentality. @samdavidson

💡 There is no guaranteed payoff in entrepreneurship. So why sacrifice everything that makes life meaningful chasing a version of success that may never come?

Building a business is important, but so is building a life you actually get to enjoy.

At Future Way Forward, we’re not just having conversations about building businesses. We’re challenging the way we define success, create wealth, and build sustainable futures.

🚀 The conversations don’t stop here! We’re already planning FWF 2027, and you need to be in the room.

Entrepreneurs, let’s talk: What’s one thing you’re no longer willing to sacrifice for success?

Who said building a successful business means sacrificing your sleep, peace, and wellness? 👏🏽

At the 2026 Future Way Forward Conference, panelist Donyel Johnson challenged the “Team No Sleep” mentality and reminded entrepreneurs that success doesn’t have to come at the expense of their well-being.

💡 Sometimes the key to growing your business isn’t doing MORE. It’s learning when to do LESS, delegate, and be intentional with your time.

When you reclaim your time, you create space to think strategically, prioritize what matters, and build a business that supports the life you actually want to live.

That’s what Future Way Forward is all about! Bringing entrepreneurs, innovators, and thought leaders into rooms where real conversations challenge old mindsets and inspire new possibilities.

🚀 We’re already preparing for Future Way Forward 2027! If you’re ready to grow, connect, and rethink what’s possible, this is a room you don’t want to miss.

👇🏽 Entrepreneurs, what’s one task you need to delegate to get your time back?

What happens when you stop focusing on what you CAN’T afford and start building with what you HAVE? 🔥

At Future Way Forward 2026, panelist Carlos Partee shared how not being able to afford a traditional brick-and-mortar space led to something even bigger: COMMUNITY!

Instead of allowing limited resources to limit their vision, they built a database connecting more than 700 entrepreneurs facing similar challenges. Through the power of collaboration and community, their efforts have helped put millions of dollars back into the economy! 💰

THIS is what happens when innovation meets opportunity!

And THESE are the conversations happening at Future Way Forward! Real stories. Real strategies. Real connections that challenge you to think bigger, build smarter, and create lasting impact.

🚀 We’re already planning Future Way Forward 2027, and trust us, you want to be in the room!

If you’re an entrepreneur, visionary, creative, or changemaker ready to connect with people who are building the future, COMMENT “2027” BELOW! 👇🏽

What does it really take to build the dream? Sometimes it looks like working your full-time job all day—and then working on your dream every night.

At Future Way Forward 2026, Clay Banks ( @inpaceline )shared that for 4.5 years, he spent his nights building after finishing his full-time job.

That’s the part of entrepreneurship people don’t always see: the late nights, the consistency, the sacrifice, and the decision to keep going long before the results show up.

Clay’s story was a reminder that your current season doesn’t have to stop you from building your next one. You may not be able to quit the job today—but you can still put in the work toward the dream tonight.

This is what Future Way Forward is about: real stories, real lessons, and conversations that move people from inspiration to action.

🎥 More moments from #FWF2026 are on the way. Will we see you in the room next year?

Hosting interviews at the Future Way Forward Conference was another reminder that there is POWER in getting in the room.

Sometimes the opportunity isn’t just on the stage—it’s in the conversation between sessions, the introduction you almost didn’t make, the person sitting next to you, or the connection that turns into something bigger months later.

Get in the rooms that stretch you. Get around people who are building. Ask questions. Make connections. And most importantly, make sure people remember you when you leave.

Because proximity can create opportunity—but you still have to do something with the access.

Grateful to play a part in capturing the voices, stories, and vision behind #FutureWayForward.

And we’re only getting started. See you in 2027. 💚
