Last month we had our guys getaway in D.C. Here are some reflections the men shared after interacting with several students on the Howard campus. We love when God uses us in ways we wouldn’t think of. Can’t wait to share more with you all in part 2! by @thegatheringharlem

In Psalm 34, we’re reminded that God doesn’t just deliver us from difficult situations. He also cares for the fear, anxiety, and emotional weight we may carry long after we’ve been delivered.

Our prayer is this: Lord, help us and heal us from what You’ve already delivered us from.

Grateful for the way God moves in our church every Sunday! For just a few hours, the auditorium of a school turns into a sanctuary for the Lord. 🙌🏾

This past weekend Pastor Charles spoke a word on what rest looks like when it goes beyond just physical. Spiritual rest is important and we are so glad to have some takeaways that highlight just that. We can’t wait to share more on how we can take refuge in the Lord! taken in Harlem, New York City by @thegatheringharlem

Yesterday’s convo was DEEP as we discussed the introduction to “What Hath Justice to do With Righteousness?” by Rev. Charlie E. Dates. We talked about our calling to walk in God’s Justice and Holiness, and how the church can train our eyes on his God’s vision for justice and righteousness in our communities today.

This Corproate Bible Study kicked off a season of important conversations that will continue in TGH Life Groups across New York and New Jersey this fall! Sign up for one ASAP! Link in bio. taken in Harlem, New York City by @thegatheringharlem

Sometimes rest looks like surrendered silence. In Psalm 62, David waited quietly in the presence of God in his time of trouble. May we all learn how to quiet our souls and trust God to be our refuge.
