Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Barre & Brunch Morning mit The Glow Project auf der Dachterrasse vom Dächla in Fürth. Erst gemeinsam bei einer Barre-Pilates-Session mit Isha aus Chile auspowern – und danach Kaffee, Croissants, leckeres Essen, Girl Talk und ganz viele gute Vibes. 🤍🥐☕️

Denn The Glow Project ist eben mehr als nur ein Workout: Movement, Community, neue Connections und kleine Auszeiten vom Alltag. ✨
