The miles are getting bigger, race weekends are here, and we’ve got plenty of Good Work on deck all month long.

The cooler fall miles are HERE, and the Gang is ready for another Sunday Funday. 🍂

Sunday Long Run is back tomorrow morning at @brewnuts for good miles, good people, and plenty of GOOD WORK.

It’s also a BIG race weekend! We’ve got Good Work Gang runners representing in Columbus, Detroit, and Toronto. Sending all the good vibes to everyone toeing the line this weekend. Go put that work on display!

Whether you’re chasing a race goal, building your base, or just looking to get outside and connect with the crew, there’s a place for you with the Gang. All paces and distances welcome!

Then we’ll celebrate those miles with donuts, coffee, and lemonade from Brewnuts. You know the deal.

What better way to celebrate our Chicago Marathon finishers and 5K runners than with our community for another GOOD WORK WEDNESDAY! 🏃🏾‍♂️🌎

There’s nothing like capping off an incredible weekend with family. The miles, the memories, the energy, and the smiles from Chicago are still radiating through us, and we couldn’t think of a better way to keep that feeling going than by getting back out there together.

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came out to share some miles, smiles, and good vibes with us. We’re grateful for a community that continues to show up, support one another, and encourage everyone along the way. That’s what makes this so special. It’s bigger than running. It’s about the people we get to share it with.

NEXT UP: COLUMBUS MARATHON! 🏁

Golden hour fades. The good work doesn’t. 🍂🌅🍻

The days are getting shorter, but we’re not letting a little less daylight slow us down. We’ve got miles to run, people to see, and a whole patio at BrewDog Cleveland waiting for us.

This Wednesday, we’re bringing the crew together for golden hour miles, post run hangs, cold drinks, and all the good vibes that make GWW a midweek favorite. The sunsets might be coming earlier, but the energy is staying all evening.

A beautiful weekend in the CHI!

Chicago Marathon Weekend delivered in every way. Experiencing this race as a first-time spectator was something special, and I couldn’t be prouder of my friends who showed up and put in amazing work, whether they were taking on the course or bringing the energy out on the sidelines. The miles may look different, but the work and the support mean just as much.

Beyond taking in the marathon, I finally conquered a goal I’ve been chasing for a while: a sub-20-minute 5K! To hit that milestone at this point in my running journey was an incredible feeling. What made it even better was crossing the finish line knowing I still had more in the tank. A breakthrough, a confidence boost, and another reminder of what’s possible with the work ahead.

A special shoutout to my family at @thegoodworkgang and everyone who continues to support what we’re building. This journey is bigger than the miles, and I’m grateful to share it with you all. 🫶🏽

Next up: peak weeks of marathon training before taking on Philly. The work is building, the goal is in sight, and I’m feeling ready to go after it all while honoring big bro every step of the way.

Chicago, you were special. Philly, we’re coming.

Chicago, you gave us memories we’ll be talking about for a LONG time. 🏙️❤️

First-time marathoners. Runners coming home. Crew members who showed up, crushed the 5K, and brought the energy to cheer our marathoners all the way through. A whole weekend of miles, card games, family dinner, laughs, and moments we’ll never be able to fit into a camera roll.

Because as many great moments as we captured, some of the best ones happened when nobody was recording. Just good people, being present, showing up for each other, and making memories together.

That’s what makes Good Work Gang special. It’s bigger than running. Bigger than the races. We get to celebrate each other’s wins, share the hard moments, and experience life together.

We came to Chicago for the miles. We’re leaving with even more reasons to be grateful for this family. 🫶🏾
