OFFICIAL COVER REVEAL 📚🎉

Recently discovering she’s adopted, 22-year old Karen Adebayo sets out from the US to find her biological parents in Nigeria.

The search appears futile till she crosses paths with the dashing but troubled lawyer, Taiwo Gbolahan, who’s just lost his entire family (including his twin) in a freak plane crash.

Between making peace with the chance of never finding her birth family and deciding whether to stay back in Lagos or return “home”, Karen finds herself falling into an extra-complicated love web.

WHERE THE LOTUS GROWS (edition 2) is coming to Amazon and bookstores in Q4 2026. DM or visit oyinkansolaogunyinka.co/books to preorder your copy.

WE DID IT!!! 🥹🔥 100 preorder copies of my book, sold in 30 days.

A month ago I set this crazy, scary goal with no massive following and no 1,000-person waitlist. Just the belief that this story, Where the Lotus Grows, deserved its next 100 readers. Z

I even added an “if it flops… well 💔” to prepare my heart. 😅 But yunnnooooooo, IT DIDN’T FLOP! 🌚 We are actually set to exceed the goal already.

But none of this happened in one viral moment. Some days were good, and some days I asked who sent me to start this campaign in the first place. Lollll.

So when copy #100 (allegedly🙃) came in yesterday, I ran straight into @jescilriichard’s DMs to scream/cry via text, because whew, I was almost ready to give up.

And my people in the UK, the Netherlands, Ghana, Canada… wow 🤯 A story I started writing in secondary school is now in hands (and hearts) across continents. 18-year-old Oyin would be so proud. 🥹

To our 100+ readers (you know yourselves), many of whom know me for SEO and content marketing and still took a chance on my fiction, and to everyone who shared, reposted, or cheered me on: thank you sooo much. You made a scary goal real. 💙🫂

And to those who stuck around just to see if I’d pull it off… well, we did. 😌

*insert one high-pitched scream for the roaddd!!!*

Okay, now we move!

PS: Preorders are still open and I literally just asked my printer to increase our print run 🤭. Link in bio (bit.ly/WTLG/book).

God bless gan. And even if you aren’t buying or sponsoring a giveaway, you can like, share, comment, and alladat. Yunno the vibes. 🙏🧎‍♀️🥹💕

Christian fiction ≠ just Christian romance💕

There are stories about faith, spiritual warfare, fantasy, adventure, suspense, purpose, identity, redemption, and so much more...

So, if you’ve been sleeping on Christian fictions because you think it’s all romance, this is your sign to reconsider🤭

Here are some Christian fiction books you should read or add to your TBR before the year ends🤍✨

Which of these recs is going straight to your TBR??📚❤️
