A great day at @tpc_toronto, watching our student-athletes compete while partnering with @jptourgolf to help further grow junior golf. Best of luck with the rest of the event!

Today, we are thankful for the opportunity to educate and coach such a fantastic group of student-athletes. The lessons we learn through sport should never be taken for granted and can be applied to many areas of life. ❤️ Thank you ❤️

September 30th is National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. Today is a day of remembrance and reflection.

This is nowhere near a comprehensive resource, but this information has been provided to student-athletes and families at The Hill to further their understanding of the lie and how we can begin the walk together toward reconciliation.

As the school is closed today in recognition of Truth and Reconciliation, we encourage you to explore these concepts and to be curious in independently finding more information.

With entire community excited about the @rbccanadianopen, our junior school student-athletes took it upon themselves with designing their own course on campus ⛳️! For their latest hands-on STEM project, they designed, engineered, and built their very own mini-putt course.

Who says math and physics can’t be a day on the course? This project proves that combining fun with academics is the ultimate way to learn. To bring their holes to life, our student-athletes had to master:
🏌️ Math & Angles: calculating precise geometry for the perfect bank shots
🏌️ Design: drafting the layout and prototyping creative obstacles
🏌️ Teamwork: collaborating and problem-solving to cross the finish line.

We believe that experiential learning helps make lessons stick. By turning abstract concepts into tangible challenges, our student-athletes build critical thinking skills they’ll use on the field, the ice, the golf course, in the classroom, and in life.

Check out their amazing designs! @thegolfcanada knows who to call if they’re designing a second Talon Ridge course!
