I’m working with @thehumaneleague to educate people in Cincinnati and beyond about animal cruelty and how we can help. 🐔

Kroger promised in 2016 to go 100% cage-free by 2025. Instead, they scaled the goal back to about 70% by 2030, with no plan to finish the job.

The scale of factory farming is so extreme it sometimes doesn't even look real. Feedlots like these can hold tens of thousands of animals at a time, confined to barren dirt pens with little access to shade or shelter. If this disturbs you, you're not alone.
