Different physique. Different mindset. Different life.

The funny part?

The Apple Watch is still the same.

It tracked every workout, every walk, and every day I showed up when I didn’t feel like it.

People always ask what changed. They expect some secret.

There isn’t one.

I just stopped quitting every time motivation disappeared.

Looking back, I don’t see a transformation. I see thousands of small decisions that nobody noticed.

The body was just the outcome.

Consistency changed everything.

“I’ll support you in anything you do Pookie 🐻.”

Jess has been so much more than a wife to me. She’s been my safe place through insecurities I’ve struggled with for years, helping me process emotions, understand myself better, and work through parts of myself I didn’t always know how to deal with.

She’s stood by me through the difficult moments, never making me feel like I have to have everything figured out to deserve her love. She’s helped me grow, not by trying to change who I am, but by helping me understand myself on a deeper level.

That kind of support is something you can’t put a price on. Having someone who believes in you, especially on the days when you struggle to believe in yourself, changes you in ways you can’t explain.

I’m grateful for the woman you are, the love you give me, and the person I’m becoming with you by my side.

Because I know who’s looking up to me.

Being a stepdad means more than just being there. It means setting the example, showing them what hard work, responsibility, love and commitment look like.

I want my little ones to grow up knowing they can dream big, work hard, and build a life they’re proud of.

Locked into the craziest journey. Not just moving countries, but building a life with my person, best friend, partner in crime, my wife.

For so long all my goals were focused on material things, money, status, without real purpose.

She changed that, gave me a bigger purpose suddenly all my goals are focused on our small family, creating core memories and enjoying life and our journey one day at a time.

Two countries.
