Me thinking last night I’m going into labor at 38+1 and frantically scheduling the maternity shoot we never did for the first thing next morning.

I’ve really enjoyed keeping up with my weightlifting routines through pregnancy 🤰🏽

The idea that pregnant women should stop moving or avoid strength training is rooted in outdated guidance from decades ago.

Clear with your OB first, listen to your body, and adapt exercises and weights as needed. There’s endless amounts of science and research that have shown consistent exercise and weightlifting is great for mom + baby, prepares the body for labor, reduces birthing complications, and improves postpartum and recovery! 💯

Presenting, the FIM 3.0 team!

We want to thank each and every one of you for the serious HARD WORK you all poured into making our third event an incredible success. It was such a pleasure getting to know each of you personally over the 2.5 months we spent planning. It was amazing seeing so many new friendships form! 🥂
