In Mississippi, or AmeriKKKa period, Black men get detained on suspicion alone — labeled “flight risks,” jailed without full evidence, and held while the investigation unfolds.

But when white boys are the last ones seen with a dead Black child, suddenly the system slows down, stalls, and hides behind “procedure.”

The FBI is involved.
The community is watching.
And still — NO ARRESTS.

Here’s what we must do RIGHT NOW to force action:

1. DEMAND MATERIAL WITNESS DETENTION — Mississippi detains Black suspects instantly. These white boys meet the same criteria: conflicting statements, proximity to Nolan, and potential obstruction.

2. PRESSURE THE DISTRICT ATTORNEY — The DA can detain witnesses TODAY, compel testimony, and accelerate the grand jury timeline.

3. ACTIVATE FBI CIVIL‑RIGHTS AUTHORITY — The FBI can detain individuals for obstruction, conspiracy, or civil‑rights violations even without a state indictment.

5. DEMAND TRANSPARENCY FROM SMEO — The Mississippi State Medical Examiner’s Office must release updates on autopsy status and investigative delays.

6. FORCE PUBLIC STATEMENTS FROM ELECTED OFFICIALS — Silence is complicity. Officials must explain why no arrests have been made.

7. MOBILIZE COMMUNITY PRESSURE — Calls, emails, organized presence, and public demand make it impossible for Mississippi to ignore us.

WE ARE NOT ASKING. WE ARE DEMANDING.
