UNDONE DRESS - @thevaultuwmadison SPRING ‘24: THE WRIGHT LOOK (in partnership with @wrighttaliesin)

📌- This look is a combination of thrifted and up-cycled fabric, sewn together and partly dyed using tea bags. The skirts were made of excess fabric, sewn together and utilizing the structure of the corset to fill the shape of the dress. I created this piece in tribute to structure and process of Frank Lloyd Wright’s most notable pieces; an emphasis on the similarities to preparing a sewn gown.
