God of War: Sons of Sparta review - my honest early impressions. @playstationin @ignindia

This PS5-exclusive takes young Kratos back to Ancient Greece in a retro-inspired platformer. The pixel art looks far better in-game than it did in the reveal trailer, with detailed temple environments and strong Greek atmosphere. Combat builds depth with upgrades and spirit mechanics, but slow ability unlocks, repeated enemy encounters, noticeable input delay, and frequent black loading screens affect the pacing.

I'm still inishing the game, but so far it feels solid - just not genre-defining for $30!

If you grew up with the original Greek saga, this return might stil hit for you.

Finally diving into the much-hyped with Resident Evil Requiem. 🧟‍♂️ @capcomusa @playstation

Returning to the ruins of Raccoon City after 20 years feels heavy. Even as a first-time player, Leon S. Kennedy has always been the Eye Candy & now it’s my turn to see if I can actually survive the horror! New protagonist Grace Ashcroft + classic survival horror? It's going to be scary 😨

Time to see if I have what it takes to survive the outbreak!

Call of Duty has come a long way since its first release in 2003 with the original Call of Duty, a gritty WWII shooter that defined the franchise . Fast forward to today, we're at Cal of Duty: Black Ops 7 (2025) - the latest entry in a saga that now spans 24 mainline tities! (50 including the spin-offs)

The contrast is wild: the old COD was brutal, realistic, and drenched in chaos, while the new COD shines with flashy operator skins, neon camos, and battle passes. 👾

This isn't the same franchise we had anymore.

Mafia: Definitive Edition is a full ground-up remake of the 2002 PS2 classic by Hangar 13. Set in the 1930s. And it genuinely feels like playing through a Godfather movie.

Here's my honest take after finishing the full playthrough:

✅ Graphics are mind-blowing - shadows, reflections, rain detail.
✅ Story is ELITE. Tommy, Sam and Paulie have one of the best character dynamics in any game I've played.
✅ Linear, not open world. But zero boring moments. Every mission is packed with car chases, stealth and shootouts.
✅ The 1930s vibe is era-perfect. Music, cars, fashion - it pulls you into the decade.

❌ Loading screens are 10-15 seconds. And you die a LOT. Mood killer every single time.
❌ Hit two mission-breaking glitches that actually ruined those missions for me.
❌ That one race mission? Took me 8 tries on Medium. 8. TRIES. 😭

Overall verdict: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ♥️

Valve hid something dark inside Cache. And everyone missed it. ☢️

Cache just dropped in CS2. Set inside the real Chernobyl Exclusion Zone in Pripyat, Ukraine. The nuclear power plant is literally visible from spawn. The signs on the walls? Cyrillic for "Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant."

That Ferris wheel you can see in the background? It was built for the people of Pripyat. It was never opened. The disaster happened first. 🎡

And then there's the timing.Valve released Cache on April 28th. April 26th was the 40th anniversary of the Chernobyl explosion. Two days later. Not a coincidence.

This wasn't a map update. This was a tribute to one of history's greatest disasters hidden inside a video game millions play every day.

Most people will never notice. Now you can't unsee it. 🕯️

Red Dead Redemption 2 dropped on October 26, 2018 built by Rockstar over 8 years. Set in 1899, at the dying end of the Wild West. You play Arthur Morgan, an outlaw in the Van der Linde gang, watching everything he knows slowly fall apart. The story isn't just good. It's a slow-burn masterpiece about loyalty, betrayal, and what it means to die with honour.

Best Narrative. Best Score. Best Performance.
And yet — at The Game Awards 2018, the biggest GOTY stage in gaming, it lost to God of War.

A decision the internet has never forgiven. Fans still call it the biggest robbery in Game Awards history.

When Hans Zimmer broke the Internet #mw2

Before Inception and Interstellar, Zimmer brought his legendary gravity to Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 (2009).
The result? A cinematic masterpiece that shattered records - selling 22M+ copies and earning over $800M in just 3 days. 🤯

This wasn’t just a soundtrack; it was the heartbeat of a generation. 🎼🔥
