Recording with @erikpaulsonaudio at his space which I have dubbed Paddington Studios was a lot of fun and if you’re looking to make some music you should hit him up. A great engineer like Erik is like a compass and while it was my idea to try and record three songs in one day I’m still a little surprised that we got it done. And we get to do it again in October! 🎃 Photos by @_hjuuune and @kevin.fluegel by @themakeouts

How the Makeouts spent their Summer Vacation This summer brought about a new era for the Makeouts. With a brand new lineup we put out our first song together, made a music video, played some shows, and made some friends. Summer goes by so fast and it’s easy to feel like you’re not doing enough but thankfully I have hours of footage from @_hjuuune to remind me that’s far from the truth. Concrete Cadillac is now on ALL streaming platforms with the music video on here and YouTube So what’s next? Coming in October is a song called Shake You… see ya then by @themakeouts

Concrete Cadillacs been out for a month and I wanna thank everyone who’s given it a listen, shared it and especially everyone who came out to our show at 331 the other night. It’s even been on the radio a couple of times! Song #2 will be here in the fall, until then let’s keep putting some miles on this bad boy. The music video is here and on YouTube! And the song is available on every main platform but Spotify. I know that makes it hard for some of you so I appreciate everyone who’s had to take the extra step. I hope it makes you reconsider who you use as your go to streaming app. Photos and Video by @_hjuuune taken in Minneapolis, Minnesota by @themakeouts

didn’t think my first show after taking almost a year off would mean busting out the suitcase kick drum but it was a fun night @pilllarforum. Their early shows make for a great weekday hang and I love just hanging out there. I love that it’s a cafe and a venue *and you can get Heggies Pizza. Appreciate @unfinishedproductsmusic for having me on and im so glad I got to see @citron_vision me and the guys loved them. Thank you Kevin for running merch and Stephen for these pictures. If you’re still reading this, come see the Makeouts (full band) at @331_club Thursday night! That’s tomorrow! Music at 9pm taken in Pilllar FORUM Café & Bar by @themakeouts
