Who has the better pull, Hen-Dawg or Jimmy V? The viral 10-year old podcasters stopped by this week to master a new skill: making Deep Dish, and we may have two new Master Chefs on our hands. 🍕#giordanospartner by @themaleyway

A good pull at lunch time from whatever your mom or dad has packed can make or break the rest of your day. What are the boys missing? #henryandjimmyv #lunch #momanddad #packed #school by @themaleyway

With a lot more eyes on this account thanks to The Hen-Dawg and Jimmy V podcast, I thought it was important to introduce people to what The Maley Way is all about.

Trust me, I never thought I’d be speaking publicly about my struggles with depression. I never thought I’d be podcasting. And I definitely never thought I’d be willingly looking like a fool on social media. But over the years, I’ve seen the impact that sharing my story can have on both young people and adults.

The Maley Way started with one simple goal: helping people feel less alone. What began as speaking openly about my own battle with depression has grown into public speaking, podcasting, and creating content focused on mental health, parenting, teaching, sports, and life. At its core, it’s about raising awareness, reducing stigma, and encouraging people to ask for help when they need it.

If you have a minute, check out The Maley Way and learn more about what we do. If your school, business, team, or organization is looking for a speaker who can connect through a real and powerful story, I’d love to talk.

The results have been pretty amazing, and the conversations that happen afterward are why I keep doing it.

The boys are watching Monday Night Football and decided to play a game of head-shoulders-knees and cup. Winner of each matchup gets to give their 1st Half @chicagobears take. #henryandjimmyv #chicagobears #mondaynightfootball #halftime #takes by @themaleyway

Hen-Dawg wants to roll back the tape on Jimmy’s @heisman pick, but if we do that we also need to roll back the tape on Jimmy having @canesfootball as his number 1 team at the start of the season. Speaking of rolling back the tape and @uclafootball, I was saying to anyone who’d listen that then @collegeoftheholycross football coach Bob Chesney was going to one day win a national championship when he gets a power 5 job. It might not be this year, but it’s coming. #henryandjimmyv #collegefootball #miami #ucla #toney by @themaleyway

Within 5 mins of talking to Anthony Petan on the phone I quickly realized that he was not normal. And I mean that in the best way possible. He communicated with maturity and wisdom that you don’t see in too many 22 year-olds. Anthony attended my basketball camp at @stlvikingsathletics as 10 year old kid. I never thought I’d be sitting next to him doing a podcast, but his story is one that I was interested in. It’s one that I believe could help others that have gone through something similar. He lost his father at 9 years old which affected his mental health later on in life. His willingness to share is amazing. I can’t wait until this one comes out tomorrow. #themaleyway #loss #grief #mentalhealth #fullcircle by @themaleyway

The boys received a very heavy box of snacks from @aldiusa and decided to do the first ever snack draft on the @henryandjimmyv podcast. Shockingly, the boys were quite diplomatic in their draft process but I have to think there may be some contentious trade talks at recess today. #henryandjimmyv #snacks #draft #aldi #boxopening by @themaleyway

The boys play their first game of chud or no chud. Have to say, this has potential. #henryandjimmyv #chud #no #chud #game by @themaleyway

The boys are big fans of the Jeffery Simmons trade for the @chicagobears. They had to give up some valuable picks but Ryan Poles made the right move. According to the boys, it was absolute cinema. #henryandjimmyv #chicagobears #trade #simmons #beardown by @themaleyway

The day after Halloween with his 2 brothers, sister, and mom at CCD, Paddy decided to strike. They will never know. #halloween #littlebrother #candy #missionimpossible #themaleyway by @themaleyway

Don’t get us wrong, we love how our 8 year old daughter keeps our boys in line. She’s a great sister. But sometimes she takes this responsibility a bit too far. #parenting #bigsister #role #toofar #iloveyoubut by @themaleyway

8 year old is not a shopper, nor is the @nbcchicago anchor @allison_rosati that she was interviewing. Both are not the type to say “let’s go to the mall gals, slaayyyy.” #8yearold #shopping #slay #newsanchor #themegway by @themaleyway
