Mamas, we’ve got you covered! I am excited to launch M.E.A.L.S. to Moms, my community initiative to provide support and nourishment, with prepared meals to expecting and nursing mothers. M.E.A.L.S. to Moms isn’t just about delicious, wholesome food—it’s a full-circle support system for your pregnancy and postpartum journey.

My offering includes:

🥗 Meal Prep – Delicious, nutrient-packed meals made with love
✅ WIC Guidance – Get help navigating resources for you and your little one
🤱🏽 Lactation Support – Nourish yourself to nourish your baby
🥦 Nutritional Resources – Learn what your body needs during this sacred time

This project is designed to uplift moms during a time when they need it most. Because when moms are supported, families flourish. 💕

It’s been a full and fulfilling week! ✨ From promoting the shared kitchen space, @savvychowdc, where I’ll be preparing nourishing meals for the Meals to Moms Initiative, to completing my breastfeeding peer counselor training, with @mewhealth, every step is about expanding support for our community.

I also had the joy of catering a beautiful Valentine’s Day art mixer for @rara.tinta —because good food and creativity are always a perfect pair.

I’m excited to keep this energy going and proud to announce that the Meals to Moms intake form is now live! If you or someone you love could use nourishing, chef-prepared meals during pregnancy or postpartum, I’m here to help.

I’ve been refining recipes, connecting with mothers, and ensuring that every meal supports both the body and spirit during pregnancy and postpartum.

Meals to Moms is a community-driven initiative providing fresh, nutritious, and prepared meals to expecting and nursing mothers. My goal is to ease the burden of meal prep while ensuring moms receive the nutrients they need for energy, recovery, and well-being.

This initiative is made possible through community support and donations, helping us offer affordable and, in some cases, free meals to moms in need.
