But the real questions were never:
“Why am I angry?”
“How do I stop feeling this?”

They were:
What do I treasure?
What is my fear trying to protect?
Who is this emotion asking me to become?

Because emotions don’t exist in isolation. They point us toward our values, our stories, and the parts of ourselves asking to be seen.
