IVF showed me parts of myself that I hadn’t seen before (in this way). It was unpredictable. Infuriating. Heart-warming. Utterly sacred. Awe-inspiring. Exhausting. Restorative. Inviting. Initiating. It invited me to love myself in a whole new way. It invited me to believe in my body (when painful thoughts of being defective creeped in). It invited me to seek out social support, to share in real-time conversation with people who truly GET it, and to be witnessed. It invited me to CELEBRATE. Throughout my life, I haven’t been one to celebrate myself outwardly much… I felt shamed as a child around celebration, and so it got stored away at some point. But with IVF, that inner child who hid from celebration wanted to come OUT. She was ready to celebrate very small wins, and to believe in miracles every step of the way. IVF can sometimes feel like it’s breaking us. But it can also break us open to greet all the parts of us that need our support, our love, our encouragement. That need us to believe in miracles (even when outside people, tests, anecdotal stories tell us something else). Mindfulness can stabilize us, ground us, as we break open and courageously show up with love in this process. For me, it’s been the secret sauce every step of the way. ☀️ What has your fertility process revealed to you? What has it drawn out of you? What’s surprised you? 👉🏼 Join me LIVE in my virtual meditation group called Fertile Ground. This is for people trying to conceive, navigating IVF, infertility and family planning, who want to feel calm, grounded, inspired and hopeful as they walk this winding, uncertain and exhilarating path. 👉🏼 September 10th @ 7pm-8:30pm ET 👉🏼 Via Zoom 👉🏼 All meditation levels welcome (no experience required) 👉🏼 Donation-based 🍃 Comment YES and I’ll send you the registration link (or head to the link in bio). by @themindful.nest

Imagine… 🍃 Feeling a softening in the chest, a relaxing of the shoulders as you wait to receive blood work results… 🍃 Feeling grounded, trusting in the Universe, at peace in your heart and mind while you’re in the two week wait period after an embryo transfer…. 🍃 Your mind is calm, and you feel a warmth shining from your heart area. You are enveloped in the spirit and energy of love, and repeating thoughts are no longer a part of your day to day… 🍃 When worry arrives (as it sometimes does), you readily meet this part with curiosity, compassion and mindfulness. You find out what it’s worried about, and you remind it and yourself that you’re taken care of. You know exactly how to soothe yourself in the moment and come back into a state of inner peace and relaxation. This takes 5 minutes (instead of spinning out for hours and hours, hijacking your day).  🍃 You have a nourishing daily mindfulness practice crafted to support your IVF and TTC journey, feeding your mind and body with the sensations, beliefs and thoughts that ground you into empowerment, compassion, curiosity, safety, security and confidence. You start your day feeling grounded, rooted, clear (rather than in an ongoing cloud of worry, anxiety and fear).  🍃 You believe in your body and yourself - against all odds, no matter what your doctor says, or what the statistics suggest, or what the test results yield. You fiercely and lovingly believe in your body and its capacity, holding the light inside like a lighthouse shining in the dark. Steady.  🍃 You rest in the vibration of your prayers already answered, trusting that focusing on the gratitude, relief, relaxation, and trust, not only set up the physiological conditions to improve outcomes, but magnetize what you’re truly calling in.  🍁If this is your vision for your path, it’s completely possible. This is about putting our energy and attention where we have power, and choosing to cultivate the light as we walk this uncertain path.  ☀️Attend an upcoming Fertile Ground group Oct 1 or October 9th! 🍓Welcome ease. When IVF feels too overwhelming, do this. Feeling the tension, anxiety, fear as you walk the IVF path? Know you’re not alone. 🙏🏼Also, know that there’s a way out of this pool of emotional pain and overwhelm. You can feel purposeful, grounded, trusting and guided by love (not just swept up by fear). So much stirs in the mind. What if this doesn’t work? Omg it costs so much money…. My body is defective. If I can’t have a family, what do I do? The list goes on. The mind can be an untamed, chaotic place - and IVF introduces us to the variety of ideas the mind has stored in there. Here’s the way out: ✨ Curiosity, first: look at the thought, but not with resistance. Be curious. Oh, how interesting that my mind is saying I’m defective. Where is it coming from? What does it feel like in the body? To ask these types of questions, we have transitioned into curious attitude. Another way to put it is - we are nurturing equanimity. And we are distancing from the thinking. That’s the KEY. You aren’t these thoughts. They’re arising and passing, and they’re generating emotions in the body. So we step back and look at. This provides relief and a path to disentangle from them. ✨ Replace, second: the problem isn’t these thoughts. It’s that we BELIEVE them, internalize them, and then they become true in us. So, we need to introduce new ideas, thoughts, possibilities and body sensations. This isn’t bypassing. It’s retraining the brain and body to familiarize more preferred sensations. Practice, and it becomes more and more procedural. ‘Miracles happen for and to me. The universe pours love and health into every cell of my body. My body is strong, vital and fertile. I love and accept myself just as I am.’ Over and over. Notice your fear thoughts, bring awareness and presence to them, and then redirect to new thoughts. Feel in the body the vitality of those new thoughts. Does it seem challenging to do this? Impossible? Are you curious about it? This is what I support people with as they do IVF. This is what I did everyday when I did IVF myself (I now have a 5 month old beautiful baby!) Comment MINDFUL to learn more about my 1.1 coaching. ❤️❤️❤️ by @themindful.nest
🌺What would it feel like in your body to trust this process? Whether you’re trying to conceive, doing IVF, or pregnant, or postpartum…. You’re at this threshold of evolution and mystery. And so we rest into that. Straining against it leaves us circling the drain - worried, overwhelmed, anxious… It’s ok if those emotions arise. But we don’t have to set up shop there. We can simply become aware, and be curious. We bring that anxiety or big feeling in for a big hug, and ask ‘how can we take refuge in trust right now?’ We can declare ‘I trust you, Universe.’ And with that, we can hand over the discomfort, releasing it from the body and allowing it to be held by something greater. And with courage, we can decide to trust the process, the moment we are in. Trust that our vision seed has been planted and is being watered by Universe. Trust that everything is working out for us. Trusting in our body’s capacity - to hold life, to go through the initiation into parenthood, to heal, to be filled with love and health and wellbeing. When we trust, we are choosing to orient our attention in that direction. Mindfulness equips us with the skill to place our attention on trust, to soften when fear comes up. The more we practice that, the more balance can come into the body - mind. The more relaxed and present we are for this process. The more we can welcome our vision here, a little more free from the internal tension and fear. This is resilience in action, at a sensory level. A way to regulate yourself and keep your ship steady. Shining light on your journey, wherever you are. Shining a light on your vision for your life and family. Know that it’s courageous to trust and surrender. It’s been a while since I’ve posted here… feeling grateful to re-enter the stream, and connect with you (whoever finds their way to me and this post!)  My fertility journey has been evolving these last few months, as it is for all of us. And much magic has been flowing in my life (which I’ve been experiencing and savoring in privacy! Some things are for the offline world, and so that’s where I’ve been..)  ✨I navigated IVF from December 2024 to June 2025, and received the inner call to share mindfulness and whole-body/mind tools to support people on their path. I found the spiritual, mental and emotional attuning during my trying to conceive process to be IMMENSELY powerful and magnetic.  ✨Then, in early July 2025, I got pregnant! 5 eggs retrieved. 1 embryo came through. And that 1 embryo was healthy and ready to go. 1 embryo transfer in June 2025. And that 1 magic embryo grew for 9 months in my resilient body. Miracles. Mindfulness and my spiritual, mental and emotional tools nourished me for those 9 months. Kept me balanced, on purpose, in my joy, appreciating the pregnancy, and meeting the anxiety that I felt about my forthcoming birth experience (the great unknown!)  ✨ My miracle bebe Isa Rae was born March 14th after 36 hrs of labor that ended in a C-section. So much joy and new purpose realized lives in this postpartum chapter, and such reverence for my new baby!! and I’m learning about how my mindfulness practice is feeding this new identity, role, family of mine (and how mindfulness comes into my daily life in new ways now). (More in comments)… by @themindful.nest
In Fertile Ground 1.1 Mindfulness Coaching, my 3 pillar approach includes ☀️Emotionally Ground ☀️Alchemize ☀️Manifest Manifesting is all about living into and believing in the vision we hold for ourselves. So if you’re trying to conceive, or you’re creating a family, or you’re readying for baby to arrive, or your stepping into the new role of parent, you can hold an aligned vision for how you want this experience to look, feel and materialize. It can be hard to simply trust in the process or trust in higher power. To do that, we first need to set up the foundation for trust: which is having a relationship with that entity (whatever it is for you). God, Goddess, the divine, Universe, HP, nature, your benevolent ancestors, or an imaginary ideal figure. In Mindfulness Coaching, I’ll guide you in establishing your spiritual relationship, setting the inner foundation, so that you can then lean on that spiritual connection and pour your trust, hope and faith into it. So whether you’re navigating IVF, TTC, infertility, or pregnancy, this approach can give you a portal to experience relief, to relax, to feel held by an unconditionally loving force of energy, to receive support when navigating all the unknowns in life. It’s invaluable, life changing, and something you can learn (pretty quickly). 🙏🏻 DM me if you’re interested in establishing your own inner resources and foundation for greater resilience using mindfulness! I’d love to support you. 🌺🍃🌿❤️ by @themindful.nest
In Fertile Ground 1.1 Mindfulness Coaching, my 3 pillar approach includes ☀️Emotionally Ground ☀️Alchemize ☀️Manifest Alchemizing is about recognizing the expired beliefs, the limiting thoughts, the stuck emotions, and CHANGING them. Another way to put it is: we transmute them. Don’t just take up residence in the fear, doubt, anxiety, and disappointment. These don’t have to be permanent installations of your life. Alchemize it so that you can attune to your emotional experiences while shifting to more expansive, lighter states of being.THIS is how we reprogram. Mindfulness and EFT tapping are tools we can adopt to take us through this vital and life-liberating process. When we alchemize, here’s what we’re doing: ✨ Ease suffering by having complete sense experiences using mindfulness meditation. ✨ Transmute the challenges into insight, light and fuel for your highest vision. ✨ Walk this path emotionally empowered, guided by a NEW vision, a NEW way (and equipped to retire the patterns that no longer serve you). ✨ Release the weight and relax into trust and flow. ✨ Skillfully navigate outcomes without getting swept away by overwhelm. Want to dive in and manifest your family vision with loving intention? In Fertile Ground 1.1 Mindfulness Coaching, my 3 pillar approach includes ☀️Emotionally Ground ☀️Alchemize ☀️Manifest Emotionally grounding is all about emotional awareness, and having the know-how to emotionally self-regulate. It’s the vital first step with manifestation, because this awareness and resourcing is what makes way for the manifesting to even be POSSIBLE. When we emotionally ground, here’s what we’re doing: ✨Develop equanimity with the unknown. ✨Tap into a Safe Haven within that’s encouraging, providing unconditional support for you as you walk the fertility path. ✨Learn sustainable emotional self-regulation practices to tap into anytime, anywhere. ✨Feel your sense of purpose and your ‘why’ across all your senses, providing a home base when doubt, fear and sadness come through. Want to dive in and manifest your family vision with loving intention? Manifestation isn’t magic. It’s not a total mystery. And it’s not just affirmations. Manifestation is truly about 🍃 Witnessing your shadows, your subconscious beliefs 🍃 Alchemizing and processing those stored emotions, stories and conditioning. 🍃 Seeing what’s possible. Envisioning it. Sensitizing your body-mind to that new way. 🍃 Taking the aligned actions that will bring that forth, and embodying the feeling states of that desired outcome NOW, not later. It’s just a few steps. And when you practice them, over and over, you build a new muscle. You literally reprogram your mind, and cultivate a new, intentional way of thinking as well as the mindfulness skills to LIVE it, to take the steps, to pursue the dream. This is the path I take my clients through in Fertile Ground 1.1 Mindfulness Coaching. This is for you if you’re navigating the threshold of fertility - Trying to Conceive | IVF | Pregnancy | Perinatal | Postpartum. If you’re open to mindfulness for manifestation, if you’re ready to walk your life’s path with intention, purpose and resilience, and if you’re tired of the old conditioning, cycles and overwhelm muddying your way, then I invite you to explore this offering. Comment MINDFUL and I’ll send you more info (spots are limited). Pausing isn’t just a nice-to-have, or a if-I-have-time-today kind of thing. It’s absolutely essential. When we pause regularly, and allow ourselves to just ‘be’, we can move from mind activity into the body. Into the heart. And that’s a core key that mindfulness offers us. Dropping into the body allows us to ✨Root into equanimity, a non-interfering quality of attention (so that we can pause the cycles of aversion or craving, and also bring awareness to those two forces if they’re present). ✨Bring awareness to what is happening emotionally, spiritually, mentally, and physically. What’s true in this moment? ✨ Befriend our whole experience - the sadness, confusion, joy, anticipation, desire - through the portal of curiosity and clarity. When we can see clearly, we can prevent spiritual bypassing or denial. (Manifestation is about unblocking and stepping into new vision. It’s not about denial and positive thinking). ✨ Process things completely (so that the remnants and residual, stored emotions don’t haunt your life like a ghost). This is about clearing, releasing. ✨ When we clear and release, we have more capacity for that big vision, that big journey. We can show up with presence, unmuddied. The sacred pause. What does your pause look like? How do you bring it into your life? What works for you? Share below 👇🏼 👉🏼 Want to explore this pause using mindfulness? Comment BODY to receive my guided meditation Trusting the Body to dive into mindfulness. Peace, restoration, relief and trust: it’s yours.
