Making “Bitumen” in our spiritual home that is Black Bay Studio on Great Bernera, the best place to make music in the whole world, taken by Michael Roddy

The words for the song, they came out quickly. There is usually a lot more scribbles and a lot more bad lyrical ideas that I wouldn’t want you to see

This is the tree that is mentioned in the second verse. At least I think it is - the lichen is either covering up the carving, or it was on a different tree that I couldn’t find, or the tree that I carved has fallen down. This lichen is fast growing compared to the kind you find on rocks, so it could have easily covered up it up in the (many) years since the names were carved, cause you only do that when you’re a teenager by @theninthwave_

Looking right @ u ggow. We join the bill for @tenementtrail on the 10th October. We haven’t played the festival since 2017 when this band had barely even started - we return renewed next month, with more songs and less makeup since then. Tenement Trail was one of the first gigs we played where we thought that people might be interested in what we were doing. A lot has happened since then - we are excited to bring it back to where it started happening for us. Love u see you there <3 by @theninthwave_
