Sargi is tradition. But what’s on your plate decides how your Karwa Chauth fast feels at 2 PM 🤍

3 sargi mistakes to avoid:
❌ Too oily and salty → thirsty and bloated
❌ Only sugar and maida → energy crash
❌ No protein or water → weak and dizzy

🪔 Quick sargi plate checklist
✅ 1 small sweet (kaju katli, fenia or a date-based sweet)
✅ Protein: paneer paratha, sprouts, curd or milk
✅ Fibre: whole wheat paratha, fruits, handful of nuts
✅ Healthy fats: almonds, walnuts, dates
✅ Hydration: coconut water, lassi, water-rich fruits (cucumber, papaya, pomegranate)

❌ Limit: deep-fried items and very salty snacks
Same tradition. Smarter plate. 🤍
💾 Save this for Karwa Chauth
📩 Send it to someone who’s fasting

If you have diabetes, are pregnant, or have any medical condition, please check with your doctor before fasting.

🔥 Even the tallest ego has an expiry date.

Raavan had power, knowledge, wealth and a kingdom of gold. Yet, none of it could save him from his own arrogance.

A reminder that no matter how high you rise, pride can bring it all down.

This Dussehra, may we burn not just the effigy of Raavan, but the ego within us too. 🏹✨

Happy Dussehra!🧡

🌺 3 Days. 3 Divine Forms. 3 Powerful Lessons. 🙏✨

Navratri isn’t just about worshipping Maa Durga. It’s about embracing the strength she represents. ❤️

🌸 Day 5 — Maa Skandamata
She teaches us that a mother’s love is one of the greatest forms of strength.

🦁 Day 6 — Maa Katyayani
She reminds us to be kind, but never afraid to stand up for what’s right.

🔱 Day 7 — Maa Kalaratri
She teaches us that no darkness is greater than the power of courage and faith.

✨ Love like Skandamata.
✨ Fight like Katyayani.
✨ Fear nothing like Kalaratri.

Because every woman carries a little Durga within her. ❤️

🙏 Jai Mata Di!

Save this reminder and share Maa’s blessings with someone you love. 🌺

🌸Navratri fasting? Sabudana khichdi, tikki ya kheer? 👀

But wait… is sabudana really as healthy as we think? 🤔

Here’s something worth knowing!

Sabudana is primarily starch, with very little protein or fibre on its own.

Does that mean you should stop eating it? Absolutely NOT!

It simply means we can make smarter, more balanced choices during fasting. 🌿

✨ This Navratri, explore some nourishing options:

🥞 Kuttu & Rajgira – More protein and fibre than sabudana

🌾 Samak & Singhara – Versatile fasting alternatives

🥣 Makhana – A wholesome, crunchy option

🧀 Paneer & Dahi – Add protein to your vrat meals

🥜 Nuts, Seeds & Fruits – Add variety, healthy fats and fibre

Because fasting is about devotion, but nourishing your body matters too! ❤️

🌸 Same faith. Smarter food choices. Happier you!
