I felt tonight that I was in the presence of greatness - I was honoured to launch Ann Ingle’s latest book, published by @theobrienpress in @hodgesfiggis - Ann is a truly exceptional person and her latest book is a triumph.
I was struck by the love in that gorgeous room - and not just from her wonderful eight children and eighteen grandchildren - but from everyone who packed in to @hodgesfiggis .
We are all getting older - everyone should read Ann’s book, full of great advice, wisdom and humour ✨💕✌️ by @theobrienpress

Happy publication day to A History of Ireland in 100 Stamps by Dr Max Barrett!

A stamp is about so much more than postage. It is a little piece of art, history and imagination. This beautifully illustrated collection shows the evolution of Ireland from an inward-looking young state to the vibrant, multicultural nation of today.

Happy publication day to ‘Still Here’ by Ann Ingle!

Told with warmth and humour, Ann grapples with how ageing has thrown all sorts her way, from losing eyesight and mobility to growing a beard and becoming invisible. But she also celebrates family, loved ones, staying connected, her life’s passions, and the woman she has become.

‘An insightful and timely book debunking the myths around ageing, one which will generate compassion and empathy.’ – Marian Keyes
