And still we run 💥

We won't pretend the fear isn't real. It is. It rides in the passenger seat some mornings when we leave the house before sunrise. But fear has never been allowed to write our story alone, and it won't start now.

So we run in numbers. We run with our eyes on each other. We run because the streets belong to us too, and because every stride we take together is a small, stubborn refusal to disappear.

And still we run.

Not because it's safe. Because it's ours. Because a community that shows up for each other, before dawn, after dark, rain or heat, is its own kind of protection. Our revolution will be televised.

This is The Pack. We move together. We watch each other's backs. And we are not going anywhere 💜

Enough.

Our safety should never be a privilege we have to fight for. Yet in this country, women are let down again and again by systems built to protect us and instead, they protect everyone but us.

Every unanswered case. Every dismissed report. Every woman we’ve lost. It adds up to one truth: accountability has failed us.

We are done waiting for change to trickle down. We are the change.

Stand with us. Speak up. Show up. Because our silence has never kept us safe and it never will.

Our Women’s Day retreat was about communion. About sitting in stillness with women who understand the weight we carry and the joy we chase. About proving that connection isn’t accidental; it’s built through intention. Through showing up, choosing rest together, sharing a meal, holding space for one another without rushing to the next thing.

We spend so much of our lives moving, chasing targets, kilometres, deadlines. This Women’s Day, we paused, and in that pause, something sacred happened: women seeing women. Fully. Without performance.

This is what The Pack is built on. Not just the miles we log, but the moments we choose to stop and connect in, because sisterhood isn’t found in the busy, it’s found in the deliberate pause.

Thank you to every woman who showed up open, honest, and present. This is why we do this. 🤍
