A lil’ while ago I was getting my haircut and one of the barbers in the shop told me I had to check out @thepakitaco! 🌮 Like with any recommendation I get, I bookmarked it for whenever I’m in the area and can check them out. 😌 Their main food struck operates out of #Hartford, #CT so be sure to check their socials to see where they’ll be. However, while hanging out at @thegastropark in West Hartford, CT and guess who I saw?! The Paki Taco is now a permanent resident here! So let’s see what they’re all about!

Quick little appreciation post/cringe lore drop 😂 We're officially welcoming Benji to the team as GM of truck 1! He's been helping The Paki Taco from our first days at @eveningskybrewco (if youve been with us since then drop it in the comments!) to helping run Heritage kitchen at @quinnipiacu and now managing all operations on truck one! 🇵🇰🌮

One of the best home chefs I know so we have some cool things planned in the near future! 👨‍🍳 come and show him some love ❤️ he'll be at @thegastropark thursdays to sundays all year long!

Other updates: This Saturday we will be at @dimichelesbarberandcoffee to celebrate their 10 year anniversary from 12 to 5, next week we're serving and celebrating Pakistans independence day August 14 (aka my bday 🎂) at @paradiserestaurant__ for their event from 5 to 10pm! And the day after that we will be serving a breaking battle @jambalaya_event so come get some food and watch some talented individuals throw down! 🤸🏽‍♂️

More to come so stay tuned! Also almost at 6k followers which is crazyyyyy! We'll do some kind of deal when we hit it thank you all ❤️

We couldn’t let America’s 250th go by without celebrating, so we went up to Hartford for their last day of “Long Weekend” celebrations! 🇺🇸 A Unity Potluck was held at Burr Mall (aka Stegosaurus Park, an original art piece by Alexander Calder), which brought locals together through food, culture, and conversation. There were a variety of food trucks and performances that really showed off the diversity of the capital city. We had a great time hanging out with friends new and old, and it was a great way to cap off our Fourth of July weekend! ❤️🤍💙

🚨📢INTRODUCING THE 🇵🇰🌮 MARK II📢🚨

The Paki Taco two places at once 🤔 Say Less!
We've been working on this behind the scenes for the past 6 months and its finally on the road! The 🇵🇰🌮 V1 will now have a residency from May 21st to Dec 21st Thursday to Sunday at the much requested @thegastropark 🥳 and we will be taking 🇵🇰🌮 Mark II to more locations all over the state!

This new trailer is a great fit for any venue, location or event you might have so DM us for more info on bookings 🎉

I still remember the week I quit my job @thedamgram did a video on us and his exact words were "Bros gunna need a bigger truck!" Well he wasn't wrong it just took a little while to get there 😅

I sincerely meant it when i said "we couldnt have done this without you guys". The regulars, the mentors, the teachers and the venues all played a massive part in bring this together! Genuinely grateful 🙏🏽

We still have more things planned for 2026 so stay tuned!!

P.s. that first clip has a ton of bloopers, should we share them? 😂
