As global power structures evolve and conflict transcends physical borders, the concept of universal positive peace demands re-examination.

Are we progressing toward sustainable justice, or merely managing instability?

Is international order shifting towards a new order? 🤔

Today, The Peace Scholars join the world in commemorating the International Day of Peace 2025.

The Peace Scholars join the world in one clear call: End the wars. Act now for peace. 🌍✨

True peace is not the absence of noise, but the presence of justice, unity, and compassion. Every war ended is a door opened for humanity to thrive.

It’s time to choose dialogue over destruction.
It’s time to act for peace.

Happy International Youth Day! ✨🌍

At The Peace Scholars, we believe that young people are not just the leaders of tomorrow — we are the changemakers of today. 💡💪

Every idea we share, every voice we raise, and every step we take towards peace, justice, and sustainable development is shaping the world we want to live in.

To every young person:
🔥 Keep dreaming.
🔥 Keep building.
🔥 Keep daring to make a difference.

Together, we are architects of a future where peace is universal and possibilities are limitless. 🌱🕊️

“WWIII⁉️”
“Are there not structures in place to deter this?” “Is the UN not doing their job?”

I got into a discussion with a few friends regarding the dynamics of the ongoing conflict between Iran and Israel, and the tendency of more international players joining in and escalating the conflict into a full fledged war. This was before the US carried out the attacks on Iranian nuclear sites, potentially escalating the conflict — we await the turn of events.

However, it is important to note that the threat or use of force as an instrument of international politics by states is highly prohibited by the United Nations 🇺🇳. The conflict at hand may seem to have some deeper dimensions which I may shed little light on in later videos, but it doesn’t change the fact that diplomacy, negotiation and dialogue remain the best, and most cost effective way of resolving disputes.

I join my voice with millions around the world. Think of the people, think of the children, think of the environment, think of our future.

What’s your take on the current global trend?

Last Friday, I had the honor of serving as a judge at The Peace Scholars Advocacy Conference & Pitch Competition, a collaboration between The Peace Scholars and Leap Africa. It was inspiring to witness innovators and changemakers present their ideas.

Speaking at the engagement, I encouraged participants to move beyond just ideas as the true value of an idea lies in its impact. The distinction between great ideas and workable ideas is the commitment to bring them to life.

Thanks to the Peace Scholars team, Temiloluwa Bolawole and Adedeji Aderounmu, for this opportunity. It was a pleasure doing this with Obadare Adenekan and Victoria Uwaifo, Programs Officer at Leap Africa. You both brought intelligence and life to the judging panel.

Saintly inspired 🌍 🎖️
